★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente SÓ ESTÃO INTERESSADOS NO SEU DINHEIRO. Cobraram 100,00 reais de consulta( até aí tudo bem), levaram o PET que estava com bicheira para sala, e quando fomos busca-lo, cobraram mais 600,00 dizendo que fizeram limpeza e tal, não deram nada discriminando o que usaram e fizeram, só disseram que limparam, mas na verdade quando chegamos em casa e observamos, o PET estava do mesmo jeito. O que resolveu o problema foi um spray de prata para bixeira no valor de 50,00 que um amigo indicou. RESUMINDO, COMERAM NOSSO DINHEIRO SUADO, "NÃO FIZERAM NADA NO PET" E O PIOR, DEIXOU NOSSO PET SOFRENDO. ISSO É DESUMANO.
 Unfortunately they are only interested in your money. They charged 100.00 reais for consultation (so far so good), they took the PET that had puss to room, and when we went to get it, they charged 600.00 more saying they did cleaning and such, they gave nothing discriminating what they used and they did it, they just said they cleaned it up, but actually when we got home and watched, the PET was just the same. What solved the problem was a 50.00 silver trash can spray that a friend indicated. In a nutshell, they ate our hard-earned money, "did nothing in the pet" and the worst, let our pet suffer. This is inhuman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aconselho, levei meu gatinho e somente com a avaliação clínica e um hemograma beeem básico o veterinario ja diagnosticou ele com depressão. Levei em outro veterinario para tomar uma segunda opinião, e depois de uma avaliação clinica bem mais completa e a realização de um hemograma melhor e de exames laboratoriais complementares, meu gato foi diagnosticado com Anamaplasmose. Ainda bem que descobri a tempo, pois ele ficou 5 dias internado pra conseguir se recuperar . Não recomendo!
I do not advise, I took my kitten and only with the clinical evaluation and a basic blood count, the vet has already diagnosed him with depression. I took it to another vet to take a second opinion, and after a much more complete clinical evaluation and a better blood count and additional laboratory tests, my cat was diagnosed with Anamaplasmosis. I'm glad I found out in time, because he was hospitalized for 5 days to be able to recover. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de Breno é ótimo. Mas se você puder trazer um banco para sentar na sala de espera vai ajudar, pois há apenas duas cadeiras simples.
Breno's service is great. But if you can bring a stool to sit in the waiting room it will help as there are only two simple chairs.

Na manhã após o feriadão, ligam informando que ela havia falecido, dizendo q precisaram de mais $$ para poder se livrar do corpinho dela, mas preferimos ir buscar o corpinho dela poucas horas depois do telefonema. Até aí tudo ok... Porém ao recolhemos o corpinho, nos deparamos com ela já podre, ela sem dúvidas faleceu durante o feriado, sem ninguém dando cuidados com ela, e só viheram notas ela morta depois do feriadão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela Primeira vez levei meu pet para esta clinica, após a sua adoçao, apenas para avaliaçao e recomendaçao de remédios, isso com direito a volta. Até aí tudo bem! Quando precisei voltar, porque o meu pet estava com algum probleminha intestinal, daí me informaram que era preciso fazer uma nova consulta, ou seja, pagar novamente. Não permitiram eu utilizar a volta. Isso pq ele nao estava "doente" antes.
Nao sei se esse "protocolo" é pra todas as clinicas, mas achei um descaso. Falta de profissionalismo e ética.
Eu prefiro pagar outra clínica e resolver o probleminha do meu pet do que retornar para vcs.

I don't know if this "protocol" is for all clinics, but I found it a disregard. Lack of professionalism and ethics.
I prefer to pay for another clinic and solve my pet's problem than to return to you.
