Always very well taken care of. I'm Lupi's tutor, a curious and very agitated papillon in the bath and grooming. To cut the nails then.... it's hard work. But with the expertise and care of the team, Indavet leaves beautiful and happy. My experiences have been quite satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento 24h foi bem bacana, a veterinária que nos atendeu foi solicita e cuidadosa. Porém, voltamos para exames e a experiência não foi legal. Meu gato tem 60 dias e estava com alterações graves no fígado e rim, segundo ultrassom, mas um veterinário não veio nos assistir e ele voltou pra casa comigo, ainda mal. O exame de sangue também foi super estressante, tentaram tirar de 4 lugares e conseguiram apenas uma gota. Estressaram o gatinho ao ponto dele tremer. No dia seguinte ele tirou em outra clínica e nem miou, foi super bonzinho.
The 24-hour service was very nice, the veterinarian who attended us was prompt and careful. However, we went back for exams and the experience was not good. My cat is 60 days old and had severe liver and kidney changes, according to an ultrasound, but a vet didn't come to see us and he came home with me, still sick. The blood test was also super stressful, they tried to take it from 4 places and got only one drop. Stressed the kitten to the point of trembling. The next day he took it at another clinic and didn't even meow, he was super nice.
