★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre impecáveis. Foi feita limpeza de tártaro nos meus peludinhos e foi tudo muito bom. Fui recebendo atualizações do procedimento, o que me deixou muito tranquila. Recentemente passei em consulta com minha nova peludinha e também gostei bastante. Atendimento humanizado.
Tem estacionamento gratuito no local ( 3 vagas localizadas em frente à clínica). Acessível à cadeirantes. Tem lanchonete também.
Always spotless. Tartar was cleaned on my furry ones and everything was very good. I was getting updates on the procedure, which left me very calm. I recently consulted with my new furry and I also really liked it. Humanized service.
It has free parking on site (3 spaces located in front of the clinic). Wheelchair accessible. There's a snack bar too.

Hoje descobrimos uma infecção de urina. O tratamento foi impecável desde a recepção ao atender minha ligação desesperada, à chegada a clinica e o atendimento por completo.
Deram remédio para dor e antinflamatorio enquanto aguardávamos o ultrassom.
Foi acionada veterinária da Retaguarda para realizar o exame, que chegou antes do previsto para atendê-la.
Antes de sair medicaram para infecção com antibiótico.
Ao chegarmos em casa ela estava outra gata.... comeu, brincou, miou.... voltou ao normal.
A gratidão que sinto é inexplicável.

I took my feline daughter to the Clinic this week twice. She was treated with an inexplicable love.
Today we discovered a urine infection. The treatment was impeccable from the reception when answering my desperate call, on arrival at the clinic and the service completely.
They gave pain medication and anti-inflammatory drugs while we waited for the ultrasound.
A veterinarian from the rear was called in to perform the exam, which arrived earlier than expected to attend her.
Before leaving, they were medicated for infection with antibiotics.
When we got home she was another cat .... she ate, played, meowed .... she returned to normal.
The gratitude I feel is inexplicable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive na clínica antes, da primeira vez tive bons resultados. Depois de 2 anos pré usamos de novo mas eu havia sido alertada por algumas pessoas e mesmo assim insisti e voltei, porém tive uma decepção na segunda vez, houve uma abordagem agressiva, meu cachorro foi imobilizado várias vezes para simples coleta de sangue, o rapaz ajudante subiu em cima dele, depois em outra consulta rasparam o pescoço dele para coleta, essa abordagem causa grandes traumas eu julgo desnecessário e despreparados, pois nunca passamos por isso, (ele é agitado porém fomos em outro lugar e foi feito com maestria rápido e simples ) também houve
um erro de diagnóstico com receita para tratamento de fígado, onde a própria médica entrou em contradição depois disse que nao precisa de tratamento, e em outra clínica revisaram os exames e foi refeito, e de fato o fígado estava ótimo, mas ele já havia tomado remédio por dias.
Em uma das injeções acertaram uma glândula e houve uma infecção local por bactéria onde tivemos que fszer punção para retirada de pus, não sei se foi uma má sorte, ou uma situação pontual mas

Conhecem cada um pelo nome, enviam-nos lembretes sobre as vacinas, dispõem de várias especialidades de médicos veterinários para cuidar dos pequenos. O carinho se estender também aos tutores/pais dos pets. Conheci a VetKlabin por indicação de uma amiga e entrei em contato para avaliação para castração do meu cachorrinho mais velho, porém não deu para deixar de levar meus meninos em todas as consultas de rotina e outros atendimentos subsequentes. VetKlabin nos conquistou! ❤
A clinic whose employees treat our pets as if they were theirs. They know each one by name, send us reminders about vaccinations, have several veterinary specialties to take care of the little ones. The affection also extends to the pets' guardians/parents. I got to know VetKlabin by a friend's recommendation and I got in touch for an evaluation for the castration of my oldest puppy, but I couldn't stop taking my boys to all routine appointments and other subsequent appointments.
