★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu sentimento em relação a todos os profissionais da clínica Mascote é de gratidão pois eles me devolveram a esperança de manter vivo dois gatinhos que tenho como filhos, senti nesse lugar que de verdade existe amor pelos animais, me senti acolhida num momento de desespero pois a minha gata chegou num estado crítico e eles cuidaram com muito amor. Recomendo pois é um de extrema confiança, super indico. ❤
 My feeling towards all the professionals at the Mascote clinic is one of gratitude because they gave me back the hope of keeping alive two kittens I have as children, I felt in this place that there really is love for animals, I felt welcomed in a moment of despair because the my cat arrived in critical condition and they took care of her with a lot of love. I recommend it because it is extremely reliable, I recommend it. ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção peca um pouco. Há duas mulheres bem grosseiras. Os médicos são super atenciosos. Dizem que tem horário marcado mas não é bem assim que funciona, tudo depende do horário que você pega a fila...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica credenciada pela prefeitura, faz castração gratuita duas vezes por semana. A nova recepcionista é mto educada, exigente e atenciosa, o tatuado tbm rsss e os 2 veterinários então... Equipe toda de parabéns pelo trabalho e atendimento...
Estive lá está semana p/ castrar uma gatinha abandonada pelos Bolivianos (ela deu cria de 5 filhotes) resgatei todos... vermifuguei, vacinei, cuidei mas mesmo assim (depois de 6 meses), ela não engordou pq sofreu mto desnutrida e desidratada enfim, a veterinária não qria castrar pq a cirurgia era de risco, ela pediu a opinião do Dr Márcio e ele tbm foi sincero, disse : vc esta ciente que neste estado, ela pode não ter forças p/ acordar da anestesia e assinou o termo de responsabilidade... Qr cancelar? Eu disse não, autorizo mesmo assim " chorando " e não é que ela foi uma das primeiras a ser liberada? Nem ficou tão grogue, chegou em casa cambaleando mto pouco, não vomitou e foi direto no pote de comida enfim, fiquei impressionada se comparando as duas castrações anteriores de lá tbm mas que não tenho um A p/ reclamar, senão nem retornava, nota mil... Super indico !!!

I was there this week to castrate a kitten abandoned by the Bolivians (she gave birth to 5 puppies) I rescued everyone ... I wormed, I vaccinated, I took care of it anyway (after 6 months), she did not get fat because she was malnourished and dehydrated , the veterinarian did not have to castrate because the surgery was risky, she asked for the opinion of Dr Márcio and he was also sincere, she said: you are aware that in this state she may not have the strength to wake up from anesthesia and signed the responsibility ... Qr cancel? I said no, I still authorize "crying" and was not she one of the first to be released? Not even groggy, came home staggering a little, did not vomit and went straight into the pot of food anyway, I was impressed if comparing the two previous castrations there but I do not have an A to complain, or even returned, ... Super indico !!!

É uma clínica veterinária.
Oferece serviços “grátis” de castração.
O atendimento e atenção ao animalzinho foi muito bom.
Porém cabe aqui uma reflexão, uma melhora na formação da fila, na organização interna e estacionamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a clínica desesperada pq encontrei minha pug doentinha qnd voltei pra casa. Ela inclusive ficou em observação o dia todo. Desde a ligação até o atendimento me senti super acolhida e trataram mto bem a minha Luna! Faz pouco tempo q moro pra cá e não conhecia nada por aqui.
Minha Luna está em tratamento e melhorando aos poucos, mas com ctz recomendo a clínica e todos os profissionais!!! Meu imenso agradecimento ao Rogério, Dr João, Dra Suzy e Dr Felipe!!!

I looked for the desperate clinic because I found my sick pug when I returned home. She even stayed under observation all day. From the call to the service I felt super welcomed and they treated my Luna very well! I've been living here for a short time and I didn't know anything around here.
My Luna is undergoing treatment and improving little by little, but with ctzs I recommend the clinic and all the professionals!!! My immense thanks to Rogério, Dr João, Dr Suzy and Dr Felipe!!!
