★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim não é ruim, tenho minhas experiências medianas e ruins, mas não tenho certeza se acontece com todos os donos de bichinhos. Mas diria que por avaliação geral não é uma clinica veterinária que ama de verdade os animais, pois eles visam bastante o lucro ao invés do bem estar dos bichinhos e dos donos, que chega a ser até desconfortável.
Pessoalmente, eu não indicaria a clinica para ninguém, pois não tive boas experiências e cheguei a perder bastante dinheiro e uma das veterinárias errou no diagnostico de um dos meus bichinhos. Então diria, é uma clinica boa pra se vacinar e coisas básicas, mas para diagnostico e coisas mais serias diria que é melhor procurar outros profissionais mais qualificados.
 So it's not bad, I have my average and bad experiences, but I'm not sure if it happens to all pet owners. But I would say that by general assessment it is not a veterinary clinic that really loves animals, as they aim a lot at profit instead of the well-being of pets and owners, which is even uncomfortable.
Personally, I would not recommend the clinic to anyone, as I didn’t have good experiences and I even lost a lot of money and one of the veterinarians made a mistake in diagnosing one of my pets. So I would say, it is a good clinic to get vaccinated and basic things, but for diagnosis and more serious things I would say that it is better to look for other more qualified professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus pets tomavam banho lá, porém não limpam os pelos da pantufinha, questionei sobre não ter limpado, já que paguei 80 reais p o banho e a informação q obtive foi q é cobrado a parte. Imagina q abusivo vc manda p o banho e se for limpar as pantufinhas cobram mais 30 reais. Detalhe: liguei p outros locais conceituados e pude constatar que limpar pêlos da pantufa faz parte do banho,então a cobrança é abusiva. Não recomendo!
My pets took a bath there, but they don't clean their slippers, I asked about not having cleaned it, since I paid 80 reais for the bath and the information I got was that it was charged separately. Imagine how abusive you send the shower and if you clean the slippers they charge another 30 reais. Detail: I called other reputable places and could see that cleaning hairs from slippers is part of the bath, so the charge is abusive. I do not recommend!
