★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendida no dr José Alberto que é um amor dra kelly maravilhosa hoje fomos atendidas pelo dr Vitor que achei ótimo e muito atencioso sem falar no Fernando que já é amigo e tanto pra nós se for falar de todos não terá espaço todos são ótimos alguns não tão bons não estão mais lá as meninas da recepção é só simpatia tratamento nota mil não consigo ir em outro lugar estão de parabéns ☺?
 I have always been very well attended to by Dr. José Alberto who is a love Dr. Kelly wonderful today we were attended by Dr. Vitor who I thought was great and very attentive not to mention Fernando who is already a friend and so much for us if we talk about everyone there will not be space everyone is great some not so good are no longer there the girls at the reception are just sympathy treatment note thousand I can't go elsewhere are to be congratulated ☺?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de empatia em não responder/atender os tutores. Tentei inúmeras formas de contato: presencial, via telefone emergencial e ligando para a secretárias. Fiz todos os exames orientados e sugeridos. O Vet responsável pelo meu bichinho não me contatou e tive que procurar outra clínica para realizar o procedimento. Faltou respeito e profissionalismo.
Lack of empathy in not responding / attending to tutors. I tried countless ways of contact: in person, via emergency phone and calling the secretaries. I did all the guided and suggested exams. The Vet responsible for my pet did not contact me and I had to look for another clinic to perform the procedure. It lacked respect and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refaço minha avaliação que antes, era negativa, tendo como referência um desentendimento com o Dr. Vitor José, que infelizmente permaneceu desentendido com a resposta que recebi da avaliação. Apesar disso, indico a clínica porque outros profissionais atuam e cada um tem uma conduta passível de agradar cada tutor, o que o inclui, claro. Nós fomos super bem atendidos pelo Dr. Vauldir. Sereno, carinhoso e bastante atencioso. Obrigada :)
I reiterate my assessment that was previously negative, having as reference a disagreement with Dr. Vitor José, who unfortunately remained disagreed with the response I received from the assessment. In spite of this, I recommend the clinic because other professionals work and each one has a conduct that can please each tutor, which includes him, of course. We were very well attended by Dr. Vauldir. Serene, affectionate and very attentive. Thanks :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei duas horas e meia esperando para meu cachorro tomar vacinas e não consegui: totalmente sem organização, perderam a ficha do meu cachorro, passaram vários outros na minha frente e, quando chegou a vez do meu cachorro ser atendido, o veterinário ficou conversando com outra pessoa, sem fazer absolutamente nada.
Para completar o cúmulo do absurdo, após o ocorrido recebi mensagens ridículas e com tom de deboche pelo WhatsApp por parte da Veterinária Ribeirão, desdenhando da situação ocorrida.
Nunca mais volto e recomendo a todos que passem longe daqui.
I spent two and a half hours waiting for my dog to get vaccines and I couldn't do it: totally unorganized, my dog's file was lost, several others passed in front of me, and when it was my dog's turn to be seen, the vet was talking to another person, doing absolutely nothing.
To complete the height of the absurd, after the incident I received ridiculous messages and with a tone of debauchery by WhatsApp from the Veterinary Ribeirão, disdaining the situation that occurred.
I'll never go back and recommend everyone to stay away from here.

Em nenhum momento fui tratada com descortesia. Recebi todas as orientações necessárias aos cuidados dos meus pets quando em casa. Só tenho a agradecer.
The service provided by the professionals, as well as by the other employees, was unquestionable! My animals were very well cared for, as well as me, as a guardian! At no time was I treated with rudeness. I received all the necessary guidelines for the care of my pets when at home. I can only thank you.
