★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou o tipo de pessoa que faz pesquisas no Google para ver as avaliações da empresa, como a clínica tem boas avaliações, não pensei muito e fiz o agendamento da castração do meu felino.
No dia 23/10/2020 levei as 9:30 minha gata com a restrição de ficar sem se alimentar por 6h, disseram que depois da cirurgia me ligaria para ir buscá-la. Tempo decorrido até às 17h e nada de me ligarem, como meu marido sai às 17h do trabalho passei para pegá-lo e fui direto para a clínica, aguardei atender os outros clientes. As 18h a recepcionista perguntou o nome da minha gata e entrou para pegá-la, paguei a cirurgia e também o remédio. Chegando em casa estranhei que não tinha nenhuma marca de cirurgia, nada de raspagem do pelo e nem mesmo o corte. Mandei mensagem para a clínica e pediram que voltássemos para verificarem. Se pedissem ao menos a foto, teriam a comprovação.
No momento ficamos revoltados, até por que ela ficou sem comer a bastante tempo e o lugar fica um tanto longe de casa.
Voltamos, explicaram que foi um erro da estagiária e que realmente não tinham feito a cirurgia. Perguntaram se eu queria que fizessem a cirurgia, que demoraria 40min, disse que sim, pois já estava pago e tive que voltar pra isso.
Feito a cirurgia em 40min me entregaram a gata desorientada, com o efeito da anestesia.
Não recebi nada, nem ao menos um pedido de desculpas.
Pelo descaso teria que ter pedido a metade do que eu tinha pago, mas deixei quieto.
Uma semana depois estou eu aqui, pois não quis ficar calada e precisei comentar.
Pela minha experiência, não indico e não recomendo levar seu filho pet. Que não aconteça novamente, pois é triste ver o bichinho passar por tudo isso.

On 10/23/2020 I took my cat at 9:30 am with the restriction of not eating for 6 hours, they said that after the surgery she would call me to go and get her. Time elapsed until 5 pm and nothing to call me, as my husband leaves at 5 pm from work I went to pick him up and went straight to the clinic, waiting to meet the other clients. At 6 pm the receptionist asked the name of my cat and came in to pick her up, I paid for the surgery and also the medicine. When I got home I was surprised that there was no mark of surgery, no shaving of the hair and not even the cut. I texted the clinic and they asked us to come back to check. If they asked for the photo at least, they would have proof.
At the moment we were disgusted, even because she was without eating for a long time and the place is a little far from home.
We came back, they explained that it was a mistake by the intern and that they really hadn't had the surgery. They asked if I wanted to have the surgery, which would take 40 minutes, said yes, because it was already paid and I had to go back for it.
After the surgery in 40 minutes I was handed the cat disoriented, with the effect of anesthesia.
I received nothing, not even an apology.
For the neglect I would have had to ask for half of what I had paid, but I kept it quiet.
A week later I'm here, because I didn't want to be silent and I had to comment.
In my experience, I do not recommend and do not recommend taking your pet child. May it not happen again, as it is sad to see the bug go through all this.
