★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei. Eles tem um esquema e funciona. Atendimento ok. Curativo bem eficiente, não impede a gatinha de andar e protege bem da língua áspera. Minha gatinha está ótima agora (depois de 24hrs). A anestesia demorou a passar e juntou com a medicação que é de longa duração. Mas foi bom pra ela dormir bastante e se recuperar rápido. Só não gostei dela ficar esse tempo todo em jejum. Tadinha ?
Liked it. They have a scheme and it works. Service ok. Very efficient dressing, does not prevent the kitten from walking and protects well from a rough tongue. My kitten is great now (after 24hrs). Anesthesia was slow to pass and added with medication that is long lasting. But it was good for her to sleep a lot and recover quickly. I just didn't like her to be fasting all this time. Poor ?

Hoje uma gatinha que eu cuidei na mamadeira, foi levada para castração, pois já estava na data certa.
E sabe o que eles fizeram?
Trocaram as gatas.
Quando a tutora foi busca la, não era a Gamora que estava lá.
Sabe como trataram o caso?
Com desdém total.
A tutora teve sua atenção chamada pela atendente Dalila, disse que não era para tanto, que ela não precisava ficar mandando mensagem e falando em voz alta o que tinha acontecido.
Quando eu liguei, ela se alterou comigo e desligou o telefone na minha cara.
Após muito desespero, eles conseguiram localizar o tutor que havia levado a Gamora por engano e desfizeram a troca.
Agiram com total descaso, como se a Gamora fosse um objeto e tudo bem se trocar e tudo bem se perder...
Para eles e principalmente para esta atendente, eles não são nada, mas para pessoas como nós, eles são família.
Podem ter certeza, de que a justiça será feita.
Estive lá, mas já haviam fechado as portas e a Tutora estava sentada na calçada com caixinha de transporte esperando eu chegar.
São tão péssimos em tudo, que nem a nobreza de serem educados, tratarem o caso com respeito e empatia tiveram.
Parabéns pelo desserviço que vcs prestam.
Acham que por cobrarem a castração a preço popular, podem fazer tal descaso?
Como eu falei ao telefone, vocês podem ter certeza de que irão perder muitos clientes, porque nenhum protetor que seja meu amigo, simpatizante da causa, deixará de saber do ocorrido.

Today a kitten that I took care of in the bottle, was taken for castration, because it was already due.

They changed the cats.
When the tutor went to look for her, it wasn't Gamora who was there.

With complete disdain.
The tutor had her attention called by the attendant Delilah, she said that it wasn't for that, that she didn't need to keep texting and saying aloud what had happened.
When I called, she changed with me and hung up the phone in my face.
After much desperation, they managed to locate the tutor who had taken Gamora by mistake and undid the exchange.
They acted with total disregard, as if Gamora were an object and it's okay to change and it's okay to get lost...
For them and especially for this attendant, they are nothing, but for people like us, they are family.
You can be sure that justice will be done.
I was there, but the doors had already closed and the Tutor was sitting on the sidewalk with a transport box waiting for me to arrive.
They are so bad at everything that not even the nobility of being polite, treating the case with respect and empathy they had.

Castrei 2 Pets com eles.
Me venderam uma roupa pós cirurgia para minha gatinha, e ficou muito apertada...solicitei a troca via Waths App e eles concordaram de BOA, sem burocracia alguma.
Higiene perfeita do local.
O rapaz da recepção é muito gentil e amável.
São excelentes com horários e valores.
Recomendo.
It was good, they are super attentive.
I neutered 2 Pets with them.
They sold me a post-surgery outfit for my cat, and it was too tight... I requested the exchange via Waths App and they agreed, without any bureaucracy.
Perfect hygiene of the place.
The guy at the reception is very kind and kind.
They are excellent with schedules and values.
I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse lugar não é confiável de nenhuma forma, não foi apresentado UM veterinário, foi um grande erro e arrependimento ter levado meu cachorro até a clínica, o pós operatório foi horrível, se você gosta do seu pet e respeita o bem estar dele, pague um pouquinho mais por um lugar que tenha responsabilidade e um PROFISSIONAL QUALIFICADO para passar orientações corretas e não apenas um papel repleto de erros ortográficos e mal escrito a respeito do que deve ser feito quando sai de lá. Meu cachorro teve dores durante dias e complicações desnecessárias, o prejuízo foi maior do que o desconto com certeza.
This place is unreliable in any way, A veterinarian was not introduced, it was a big mistake and regret to have taken my dog to the clinic, the postoperative period was horrible, if you like your pet and respect its well being, pay one a little more for a place that has responsibility and a QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL to give correct directions and not just a paper full of spelling errors and poorly written about what should be done when you leave there. My dog had pain for days and unnecessary complications, the damage was greater than the discount for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos serviços prestados. Levei meu cachorro (saudável) para fazer um procedimento simples de castração e ele veio à óbito. Disseram-me que o animal (de nome Teddy) não resistiu ao pós-cirúrgico. Porém, ao ver o corpo, percebi que não havia alteração em seu saco escrotal. Havia apenas uma linha amarrada ao local. Provavelmente a clínica o fez para omitir a verdadeira causa da morte. Não houve laudo, esclarecimentos e tampouco exames prévios. Após o fato, a clínica preocupou-se, apenas, em apressar a mim e a minha família quanto à remoção do corpo (nos apressando para retirá-lo do local). Não houve justificativas, consolo ou qualquer menção em, ao menos, devolver o dinheiro de volta. A dor foi muito grande. Por favor, protejam seus pets e não os levem a este local. Pra quem não tem condições financeiras, sugiro a AVA, onde já fui muito bem atendido e com preço acessível.
Bad services provided. I took my (healthy) dog for a simple castration procedure and he died. I was told that the animal (named Teddy) did not survive the post-surgical period. However, upon seeing the body, I noticed that there was no change in his scrotum. There was only one line tied to the spot. Probably the clinic did it to omit the true cause of death. There were no reports, clarifications or prior examinations. After the fact, the clinic was only concerned with rushing me and my family about the removal of the body (rushing us out of the scene). There was no justification, consolation or any mention of at least giving the money back. The pain was too great. Please protect your pets and do not take them to this location. For those who don't have financial conditions, I suggest AVA, where I've been very well attended and at an affordable price.
