★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente fui a clínica pelo feedback no Google, a consulta foi atenciosa e profissional, do qual houve a receita de dois medicamentos extremamente caros. Foi combinado de repassar orçamento de limpeza dentária e dos procedimentos pra verificar o problema da minha cachorra (um nódulo na perna, queda de pelos e lambidas excessivas não comuns), do qual estou a mais de 2 semanas aguardando o retorno com valores para agendar e nada! No resumo, na clínica tudo ok, nas necessidades complementares e pós consultas, deixou a desejar e muito! Não confio em retornar!
Initially I went to the clinic for feedback on Google, the consultation was attentive and professional, which included the prescription of two extremely expensive drugs. It was combined to go over the dental cleaning budget and the procedures to check the problem of my dog (a lump on the leg, shedding of hair and unusual licking), of which I have been waiting for the return for more than 2 weeks with values to schedule and anything! In summary, in the clinic everything is ok, in the complementary needs and after consultations, it left much to be desired! I don't trust to return!
