Tenho que dizer que levo feliz meus filhos (gatinhos) pois sei que são e serão sempre super bem cuidados, com todo carinho e dedicação.

Atendimento impecável, veterinária Priscila super atenciosa, me tirou todas as dúvidas e me tranquilizou. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filho/cão Dionísio ao consultório debilitado (intoxicado) de pronto atendimento a Dr. Lívia com muita sabedoria, carinho, paciência e profissionalismo, socorreu o meu cãozinho, a cada passo realizado explicava o procedimento, conseguiu nos deixar seguros e sempre informava qual era o estado que estava o Dionísio, até receber a grande notícia que poderíamos buscá-lo. Encontramos assim também com a Dr. Priscila, mais um anjo de profissional. Fiquei muito feliz como fui recebida e atendida, principalmente toda atenção e carinho com o meu filho/cão. Parabéns por todo trabalho realizado com amor, super recomendo o local.
I took my son/dog Dionisio to the debilitated (intoxicated) office for emergency care to Dr. Lívia with great wisdom, affection, patience and professionalism, he helped my puppy, explained the procedure at each step, managed to make us safe and always informed which that was the state that Dionisio was in, until he received the great news that we could look for him. We also found Dr. Priscila, another professional angel. I was very happy with how I was received and attended, especially all the attention and affection with my son/dog. Congratulations for all the work done with love, I highly recommend the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero dizer antes de começar este texto que me sinto agradecida pelo fato que meu cachorrinho foi levado nessa clínica em uma certa madrugada porque meus filhotes estavam passando mal e um deles morreu em menos de 24 hrs depois. Na consulta com a Dr. P, descobri que ele estava com Cinomose após ela dizer que ACHAVA que todos os sintomas batiam. Ela receitou um soro, um remédio pro fígado e mais um remédio que não me recordo pra que era. Durante o soro, ele convulsionou algumas vezes, e ela aplicou 3 a 4 vezes o anticonvulsivo e depois entrou com carvão aditivado. Pro outro? Ela deu um remédio pra dor e disse que ele faria efeito em 30min, e mesmo depois de 1hr na clínica, não mudou em nada. Até então, eu não vi muito mal nisso, mas a doutora além de não poder ajudar meu cachorro no momento além do que já havia feito (em uma clínica 24hrs não pode fazer nada em um momento de urgência?) Não me receitou NENHUM tratamento pra casa, nem que fosse uma vitamina. Gastei 400 reais e sai sem nenhuma receita médica, nem pra dor, nem pra nada. Além disso, me disse que só poderia me ajudar no dia seguinte e que eu deveria voltar depois. Eu achei isso um descaso, apesar de ser simpática e tratar meus cachorros bem, senti que fui explorada e que ela só queria arrancar meu dinheiro, pois ela só fez o mínimo para ajudar, e não fez esforço nenhum.
Cheguei em casa com os filhotes e eles não tiveram melhora nenhuma, passei a noite em claro cuidando deles e ouvindo os dois chorar, sem poder fazer NADA. O namorado da minha amiga passou o dia cuidando deles e de noite, um dos cachorros morreu nos braços dele. Fui em um veterinário mais próximo pedir algum medicamento pra salvar meu outro filhote, e descobri que realmente fui enganada, por que além de tudo isso que foi feito por nada, ela me disse que eu deveria ter vacinado meu cachorro depois da primeira dose do vermífugo, sendo que eu deveria ter vermifugado por completo antes de entrar com as vacinas, já que a vacina mexe com a imunidade do animal.
Por fim, indico a clínica para aqueles que precisam de uma consulta de rotina, nada mais disso, pois a clínica não tem preparação para cuidar do seu animal em casos de necessidade.
I want to say before starting this text that I feel grateful for the fact that my puppy was taken to this clinic one morning because my puppies were feeling sick and one of them died less than 24 hrs later. In consultation with Dr. P, I discovered that he had distemper after she said that she THOUGHT all the symptoms matched. She prescribed a serum, a medicine for the liver and another medicine that I don't remember what it was for. During the IV, he convulsed a few times, and she applied 3 to 4 times the anticonvulsant and then came in with charcoal additives. For another? She gave me a pain medicine and said it would take effect in 30min, and even after 1hr in the clinic, nothing changed. Until then, I didn't see much harm in it, but the doctor, besides not being able to help my dog at the moment, beyond what she had already done (in a 24-hour clinic, can't you do anything in a moment of emergency?) She didn't prescribe ANY treatment for home, even if it was a vitamin. I spent 400 reais and left without any prescription, not for pain, not for anything. Also, he told me that he could only help me the next day and that I should come back later. I thought it was neglect, despite being nice and treating my dogs well, I felt that I was exploited and that she just wanted to take my money, because she only did the minimum to help, and made no effort.
I got home with the puppies and they didn't get any better, I spent the whole night taking care of them and listening to them both cry, without being able to do ANYTHING. My friend's boyfriend spent the day taking care of them and at night, one of the dogs died in his arms. I went to the nearest vet to ask for some medicine to save my other puppy, and I found out that I was really deceived, because in addition to all this that was done for nothing, she told me that I should have vaccinated my dog after the first dose of the dewormer , and I should have completely dewormed before entering the vaccines, since the vaccine messes with the animal's immunity.
Finally, I recommend the clinic for those who need a routine appointment, nothing more, as the clinic is not prepared to take care of your animal in cases of need.

Excellent professionals. Dr. Livia, Dr Camila, Dr. Carla, very attentive, caring and professional. The receptionist very polite. Our pet Haruna was very well attended. I highly recommend this clinic. And it's not because they are paid, there is love for what they do. They investigated and examined it from top to bottom. Exams, ultrasound, vaccines and medications were done. Our pet is doing much better. Congratulations and success always.
