An excellent clinic and a great infrastructure with several professionals and great service. In particular, I would like to praise and thank Dr. Maria Lídia for the humanized treatment with my two children, Henrique and Felipe, she proved to be, in addition to being profesional, a person concerned with really making a difference in the lives of patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento exemplar com a Dra. Maria Fernanda. Faço acompanhamento com essa Dra. há 8 anos. A Clínica tem instalações modelar. Entretanto, a experiência com o cardiologista não tem sido na mesma linha. Para concluir meu Check-up necessito que ele emita uma nova guia com o código correto para fazer uma RM de tórax. Há 3 semanas aguardo a reemissao da guia correta. Moro em Holambra, estamos ainda em pandemia e tenho 72 anos. A última posição datando de 10 do corrente é que eu deveria voltar dia 24 pára falar com ele. Começaria então nova contagem de prazer para ser liberado pela auditoria da Unimed. Só então estaria liberado para agendar a referida RM... É desanimador! Aguardo providências pela Clínica Vida de Campinas...
Exemplary service with Dr. Maria Fernanda. I've been monitoring this Dr. for 8 years. The Clinic has model facilities. However, the experience with the cardiologist has not been along the same lines. In order to complete my Check-up I need him to issue a new tab with the correct code to do a chest MRI. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the correct guide to be reissued. I live in Holambra, we are still in a pandemic and I am 72 years old. The last position dating from the 10th of the current is that I should come back on the 24th to talk to him. A new pleasure count would then begin to be released by the Unimed audit. Only then would he be free to schedule that RM ... It's disheartening! I await action by Clínica Vida de Campinas ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são bem atenciosos e a recepção okay. Só estou colocando 2 estrelas pois minhas últimas 2 consultas eu esperei mais de uma hora pra ser atendido. Levando em consideração a antecedência com que é marcada a consulta, achei desorganizado.
The doctors are very attentive and the reception is okay. I am only putting 2 stars because my last 2 consultations I waited more than an hour to be attended. Taking into account the advance with which the appointment is scheduled, I found it disorganized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu companheiro fazemos nossos check-ups com a Dra Marcella de Lucca. Além de ser uma médica "show de bola" e empática, a clínica tem uma ótima infraestrutura e conseguimos fazer a maioria dos exames por lá mesmo.
Meu único ponto é o agendamento telefônico. Sofro bastante pra conseguir contato (ou ninguém atende, ou está ocupado)! Deveriam estudar a possibilidade de agendar por whatsapp ou alguma plataforma online pra integrar a recepção e os pacientes, assim os telefones ficam mais "desocupados".
Como tenho só uma questão com o agendamento, não vou diminuir a classificação do estabelecimento. Não perdem a qualidade por este motivo.
My partner and I do our check-ups with Dr Marcella de Lucca. In addition to being a "show ball" and empathetic doctor, the clinic has a great infrastructure and we are able to do most of the exams there.
My only point is the phone schedule. I suffer a lot to get contact (or no one answers, or is busy)! They should study the possibility of scheduling via whatsapp or some online platform to integrate the reception and patients, so the phones are more "unoccupied".
As I only have one issue with the appointment, I will not lower the rating of the establishment. Do not lose quality for this reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo de espera para realizar um exame agendado mais de 1 hora e meia, devido problema no equipamento e não foi avisado aos pacientes que estavam esperando.
Contrato com a Unimed permite um % limitado de exames, mas não há controle do % e o paciente chega para realizar o exame e não pode por que o % foi excedido.
As atendentes são excelentes tentam ajudar, mas não tem informações claras.
O atendimento médico tb é bom.
Waiting time to perform a scheduled exam more than 1 hour and a half, due to equipment problem and patients were not notified that they were waiting.
Contract with Unimed allows a limited % of exams, but there is no control of the % and the patient arrives to perform the exam and cannot because the % was exceeded.
The attendants are excellent, they try to help, but they don't have clear information.
Medical care is also good.
