★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pela Dra Lorena e gostei muito. Passei por vários ginecologistas e obstetras mas so ela me tratou como uma pessoa e não apenas como um par de seios e um útero. Indico a todas!
 I was attended by Dr. Lorena and I really liked it. I went through several gynecologists and obstetricians but only she treated me as a person and not just as a pair of breasts and a uterus. I recommend them all!

Sai de outra cidade para uma consulta e após ter confirmado se atendiam meu plano , cheguei lá e outra secretária disse que houve um erro e fizeram confusão e que meu plano não era aceito. Perdi tempo e dinheiro. Já tinha ouvido falar que são desorganizados mas não pensei que fosse num nível tão profissional. Total despreparo da atendente que forneceu informação. Não recomendo.
Terrible. I left another city for a consultation and after confirming that my plan was being met, I got there and another secretary said that there was an error and they made a mistake and that my plan was not accepted. I wasted time and money. I had heard that they are disorganized but I didn't think it was on such a professional level. Total unpreparedness of the attendant who provided information. I do not recommend.

I am a patient of Dr. Lorena and I love to spend with her attentive, concerned, helpful as well as an excellent professional ... I keep her in my heart as a friend too ... In addition to the best k in prenatal care she has ap. ultrasound and she does it herself ...

I've known Dr. Lorena for many years! Few doctors have the dedication and faithfulness of their oath. And it continues its tragedy of specializing to better serve us ..... I recommend the clinic vida! Because it really changes the way we face our challenges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje minha consulta com Sra Lorena era 12:00, já remarcada de outras ocasiões. Secretária desta médica, me ligou as 11:10 para desmarcar de novo, eu disse à ela que eu já tinha saído do trabalho pra ir à consulta, ela falou com a Sra Lorena e a mesma pediu pra que eu chegasse até 11:40 que ela iria me aguardar, cheguei à clínica 11:35, e para minha surpresa, ela havia ido embora e nem avisou a secretária. Por que pediu pra eu me deslocar até lá? Por que pediu pra eu chegar mais cedo? Que falta de consideração, descaso total. E quando cheguei ao consultório , o que ouvi da secretária foi: Nossa, não acredito que ela não te esperou, foi embora e nem avisou.
Não recomendo. Sra Lorena não cumpre agenda de atendimento.

Today my consultation with Mrs. Lorena was 12:00, already remarked on other occasions. Secretary of this doctor, called me at 11:10 to clear it again, I told her that I had already left work to go to the consultation, she spoke with Mrs. Lorena and she asked me to arrive until 11:40 that she would wait for me, I arrived at the clinic 11:35, and to my surprise, she had left and did not warn the secretary. Why did you ask me to move there? Why did you ask me to arrive earlier? What lack of consideration, total neglect. And when I got to the office, what I heard from the secretary was: Wow, I can not believe she did not wait for you, she left and did not warn you.
I do not recommend. Mrs. Lorena does not fulfill the service schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito, a Dra., Lorena foi a única que investigou meu intestino mesmo sendo Ginecologista ela tbem é Ortomolecular, e descobriu a disbiose intestinal com apenas um exame feito lá na clínica no mesmo dia, nada caro! Recomendo muito ...
I really liked it, Dr., Lorena was the only one who investigated my intestines even though she is a Gynecologist, she is also Orthomolecular, and she discovered intestinal dysbiosis with just one exam done at the clinic on the same day, nothing expensive! I highly recommend ...

Mas para fazer exames, demorado demais. Mais de 1 hora na espera. Acho faltando respeito com o paciente.

But for exams, it took too long. More than 1 hour waiting. I think I lack respect for the patient.
