I made an appointment through the dental care agreement for a restoration a dentist is already a gentleman I felt very uncomfortable you know he didn't even put an apron on I wet all I was embarrassed after he wet me a whole assistant but young man gave me an apron by hand so heavy to feel a lot of pain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que eu vou relatar é inacreditável mas se eu tivesse visto essas avaliações antes com certeza teria evitado a situação. Marquei uma extração p/ minha irmã nessa clinica através do nosso plano Odontoart, informaram que lá fazia o procedimento, e confiamos. Resumindo, minha irmã foi atendida pela dentista Tais que carimbou a receita dela cm cód de uma A. Raquel Barroso( algo assim o nome). Essa Tais simplesmente tirou a parte externa do dente e quebrou a raiz dentro, deixou minha irmã com a boca sangrando e pediu p/ retornar na segunda " que iria pedir ajuda a uma amiga p/ arrancar o restante do dente". Palavras da dentista, tivemos que ir a uma emergência e a dentista teve que pontear p/ marcar uma Mini cirurgia pq a tal tais quebrou o dente todo, e o alicate não alcança mais. Vocês não tem noção do sofrimento, já tomamos as medidas cabíveis e só estou compartilhando p/ evitar que outros passassem por isso. Evitem qlq procedimento nessa clínica, incompetências é o segundo nome da clínica, olhem nas avaliações que ñ é o primeiro absurdo que acontece.
What I am going to report is unbelievable but if I had seen these evaluations before, I would certainly have avoided the situation. I booked an extraction for my sister in this clinic through our Odontoart plan, they informed me that there was the procedure there, and we trust. In short, my sister was seen by dentist Tais who stamped her prescription in code of an A. Raquel Barroso (something like that). This Tais simply removed the outside of the tooth and broke the root inside, left my sister with a bleeding mouth and asked to return on Monday "that I would ask a friend for help to pull out the rest of the tooth". In the words of the dentist, we had to go to an emergency and the dentist had to punctuate to mark a Mini surgery because such broke the whole tooth, and the pliers cannot reach any more. You have no sense of suffering, we have already taken the appropriate measures and I am just sharing to prevent others from going through this. Avoid any procedure in this clinic, incompetence is the second name of the clinic, look in the evaluations that ñ is the first nonsense that happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dentista é simpática, a clínica é bem organizada, mas o que percebi é que a clínica só se preocupa com a quantidade de pessoas atendidas (em R$) e não estão nem aí para a qualidade do serviço. Atendimento muito apressado.
The dentist is friendly, the clinic is well organized, but what I realized is that the clinic is only concerned with the number of people served (in R$) and they don't care about the quality of the service. Very rushed service.

Fui fazer um procedimento simples de restauração dos dois dentes da frente, o dentista deixou ele completamente irreal, trabalho grosseiro, não ficou reto. Não é bom com acabamentos. Vou ter que consertar com outro dentista.
Bad experience, the Dentist just ruined my smile. I went to do a simple procedure to restore the two front teeth, the dentist made it completely unreal, rough work, it didn't straighten. Not good with finishes. I'll have to fix it with another dentist.

Worst service I've ever seen in my life. Starting at reception and ending at dentists. Never again in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , e nem fiz o procedimento no meu filho .. e tinha marcado pelo convênio então a Destista faltou eles disse que por ordem de chegada sendo que marquei horário por que tinha que trabalhar em seguida ..???? nunca mais essa clínica ..
