I have been through some nutrition professionals, but it was at the VIVE clinic that I finally managed to reach my goal. Doing weekly monitoring with Vivian was essential for me to be able to lose almost 13 kg in 4 months. My experience at the clinic was excellent. Dr. Vivian was super attentive in drawing up my meal plan. He gave me several super easy and delicious recipes, it didn't even look like he was on a diet. He gave me several product tips and where to find them. That way it was easy and quick to reach my goals, with visible results already in the second week of the diet.
