★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje eu e minha esposa não tivemos sorte, consulta marcada para 09:30, e 09:55 ainda não fomos atendidos, a recepção informou que houve um atraso por parte da médica. OBS: é a nossa terceira consulta aqui, nas duas primeiras ocorreu tudo certo. Só podiam ter ligado para informar que haveria um atraso, já que tivemos que sair dos nossos trabalhos pra isso.
 Today my wife and I had no luck, appointment scheduled for 09:30, and 09:55 we were still not attended, the reception informed that there was a delay on the part of the doctor. OBS: this is our third consultation here, in the first two everything went well. They could only have called to inform that there would be a delay, as we had to leave our jobs for this.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by the Wirtz clinic, starting with the wonderful attention I received from the appointment of my exam to the medical care, Dr Ruy Wirtz was attentive, affectionate and enlightening in his diagnosis, even with a little delay he performed the exam without any rush. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do atendimento ser um pouco demorado, mesmo com horário marcado. A doutora Viviane Mª Costanza Cisari, é sem palavras. Super atenciosa, super dedicada, super calma, excelente profissional.
O local em si, apesar da demora, é excelente, com profissionais mega capacitados, educados. Ambiente super climatizado e tranquilo. Primeira vez que estive sendo paciente do local, e planejo sempre permanecer.
Despite the service being a little slow, even with an appointment. Dr Viviane Mª Costanza Cisari is speechless. Super attentive, super dedicated, super calm, excellent professional.
The place itself, despite the delay, is excellent, with highly trained, educated professionals. Super air-conditioned and peaceful environment. First time being a patient of the place, and I always plan on staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei dessa clinica mas hoje em dia o atendimento é horrível , marquei pediatra pras minha filhas foi uma luta pq eles trabalham diferente nunca sei quando vou pode leva elas pq N tem data certa aí aconteceu um emprevisto tive que cancelar mas voltei atrás na msm hora foi mt rápido e apaguei a msg pq iria leva elas mas as meninas da recepção cancelaram e colocaram outras pessoas no meu luga mas viram que apaguei a msg e nem se que me perguntaram nada e um tanto faz pq tem cliente pra por no lugar nee . Hoje em dia o atendimento é uooo são super secas no wpp lá tem médicos excelentes mas o atendimento deixa a desejar.
I always liked this clinic but nowadays the service is horrible, I made an appointment with a pediatrician for my daughters it was a struggle because they work differently I never know when I will be able to take them because there is no set date so there was an appointment I had to cancel but I came back at the same time It was very fast and I deleted the message because I would take them but the girls at the reception canceled and put other people in my place but they saw that I deleted the message and I don't even know that they asked me anything and it doesn't matter because there is a customer to put in my place nee. Nowadays the service is uooo they are super dry at the wpp there are excellent doctors but the service leaves something to be desired.

Somos muito bem recepcionados do inicio ao fim de nosso atendimento . Perdi um bebê a poucos dias e o abraço que ganhei deles e o acolhimento que tive foi sensacional. Sou cliente e super recomendo 1000 estrelas.
I just love the service of this clinic! Dr. Ruy is amazing, Dr. Monique is wonderful, Dr. Viviane is sweet and the girls take care of us with great affection. We are very well received from the beginning to the end of our service. I lost a baby a few days ago and the hug I got from them and the welcome I got was sensational. I'm a customer and I highly recommend 1000 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje tive o privilégio de poder conhecer o trabalho do Dr Ruy. Ele simplesmente superou as minhas expectativas... eu sempre ouvi falar dele e já indicava amigas mesmo sem conhecer pessoalmente... hoje eu digo com toda a certeza que para mim ele é o melhor profissional da área na ilha do governador... E como pessoa também... hoje é difícil ver médicos com um astral tão bacana.
A sua secretária também é simplesmente maravilhosa, educada e com muita luz... a recepção excelente. Funcionará educada, paciente e disposta a ajudar.
O único ponto negativo é ñ aceitar pix?
Today I had the privilege of getting to know Dr Ruy's work. He simply exceeded my expectations... I always heard about him and already recommended friends even without knowing him personally... Today I can say with certainty that for me he is the best professional in the area on Governor's Island... And as a person too... today it's hard to see doctors with such a nice astral.
Your desk is also just wonderful, polite and bright... the reception excellent. Will work polite, patient and willing to help.
