★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente de Psiquiatria nessa clinica a alguns anos, e venho evoluindo muito graças ao Dr. Não consigo entender certos comentários desconexos que fazem aqui, usam a internet pra disseminar um ódio gratuito e sem necessidade alguma. Óbvio que a experiência de alguns possa não ter sido a mesma que a minha, mas dai usar a internet para isso é desnecessário.É uma questão simples, o médico deve atender uns 40 pacientes no dia, ai um insatisfeito vem reclamar, infelizmente é assim que o reconhecimento é feito.
 I've been a Psychiatry patient in this clinic for a few years, and I've been evolving a lot thanks to Dr. I can't understand certain disconnected comments they make here, they use the internet to spread a free and unnecessary hate. Obviously, the experience of some may not have been the same as mine, but then using the internet for this is unnecessary. It's a simple question, the doctor must see about 40 patients a day, then a dissatisfied person comes to complain, unfortunately that's how it is. that recognition is made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é boa, mas nunca será atendido no horário marcado, nunca mesmo. Atendimento sempre lento pelo WhatsApp. Médico atendem muito rápido quase sem perguntas.
The structure is good, but you will never be served at the appointed time, never really. Always slow service by WhatsApp. Doctor answer very fast with almost no questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse Carlos Simon é o pior médico com quem já me consultei na vida (se é que posso chamar aquilo de consulta), não ouviu tudo que eu tinha para falar, a consulta não durou 2 minutos. Vou procurar outro profissional. Não recomendo.
This Carlos Simon is the worst doctor I've ever seen in my life (if I can call that a consultation), he didn't listen to everything I had to say, the consultation didn't last 2 minutes. I'll look for another professional. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chama chama e não atendem, quando consegui ser atendido a ligação caiu. Se o atendimento por telefone de uma clinica é ruim imagina o atendimento na clinica.
Call calls and they don't answer, when I managed to be answered the call dropped. If the phone service at a clinic is bad, imagine the service at the clinic.

The service is good, but if there is an appointment, you should not wait to be served as you arrive 20 minutes before.

As assistentes além de lindas são muito prestativas, super atenciosas e explicam tudo de forma clara e objetiva. Wonderful!!! The best team imaginable. Dr. Wulkan is amazing, super attentive, charismatic, ethical and gives a surreal security. The assistants, besides being beautiful, are very helpful, super attentive and explain everything clearly and objectively. I left the clinic feeling very good, super happy and with a result above expectations. Anyone interested in the Clinic can go without fear. I'm sure you will leave very happy and satisfied.
