★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende telefone de jeito nenhum. Entrei no Google para ver onde era; constava horário de funcionamento e que estava ABERTA NO MOMENTO. Fui lá agendar renovação da CNH e estava tudo fechado: portão, janelas, portas.
He doesn't answer the phone at all. I Googled it to see where it was; there were hours of operation and that it was OPEN AT THE MOMENT. I went there to schedule renewal of the CNH and everything was closed: gate, windows, doors.

I'm trying to talk about the Days for renewal CNH doesn't answer the phone at all or calls until it drops or it's busy. I would like to know why to provide a phone that no one answers.

Terrible service. The staff doesn't answer the phone or the gate.... It makes the person leave the house for nothing, a huge disregard for the customer.

Fui até o local e não tem ninguém lá, tudo fechado! Um descaso total, pq o Detran informa uma clínica onde não tem ninguém trabalhando ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No site do Detran, tem outras clinicas conveniadas. Procure as outras essa não atende o telefone. Não precisa ser apenas essa que aparece indicada na guia de renovação da carteira.
On the Detran website, there are other associated clinics. Look for the others that won't answer the phone. It doesn't have to be just the one shown on the wallet renewal tab.

They don't answer the phone... And the face-to-face service is terrible. Pfvr Detran do not refer anyone to this clinic anymore
