★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente médico, humano e ético em seus atendimentos no consultório. Sou sua paciente a bastante tempo e infelizmente sofro com síndrome da bexiga dolorosa. Dr Ariel Scafuri sempre disposto a minimizar meu sofrimento atuou com ética e conhecimento, tendo o devido cuidado com procedimentos cirúrgicos invasivos, visando primeiramente o bem estar e segurança de sua paciente ao invés do lucro advindo com possível cirurgia, avaliando o grau de necessidade de tal procedimento cirúrgico.
As atendentes são atenciosas e o ambiente é acolhedor.
Excellent doctor, human and ethical in his office visits. I have been your patient for a long time and unfortunately I suffer from painful bladder syndrome. Dr Ariel Scafuri always willing to minimize my suffering, he acted with ethics and knowledge, taking due care with invasive surgical procedures, aiming primarily at the well-being and safety of his patient instead of the profit arising from possible surgery, assessing the degree of need for such surgical procedure.
The attendants are attentive and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Não o conhecia, mas após o ocorrido fiquei muito grato pelo atendimento a meu Pai, pela sensibilidade de saber que estávamos com uma urgência e pelo atendimento esmerado do Dr. Ariel Scarfuri. Gratidão, Dr. Ariel ! Só temos a agradecer ao senhor.
I was 500km from Fortaleza and I managed to have my parent readily attended to in an emergency by Dr. Ariel. I didn't know him, but after what happened I was very grateful for the care to my Father, for the sensitivity of knowing that we were in an emergency and for the painstaking care of Dr. Ariel Scarfuri. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou suspeito pra falar sobre capacidade e humanidade do Dr. ARIEL. Sou seu paciente há mais de doze anos ,e cheguei até ele num momento em que não tinha mais esperança de ver solução para o meu problema. Tinha passado por vários médicos considerados top de linha e todos eles indicavam soluções fora do estado. Meu plano de saúde negou procedimentos solicitados e ele forneceu argumentos que possibilitaram a realização com sucesso e que hoje seguramente melhoraram em muito minha qualidade de vida. Aqueles que fazem avaliações negativas por demora em agendamento e atendimento devem entender que vai na conta da grande procura por ser um profissional da melhor qualidade , estudioso e atualizado com os avançar medicina.
I am suspicious to talk about Dr. ARIEL's ability and humanity. I have been his patient for over twelve years, and I came to him at a time when I had no hope of seeing a solution to my problem. He had seen several doctors considered top notch and they all indicated solutions outside the state. My health plan denied requested procedures and he provided arguments that made it possible to successfully perform and that today certainly improved my quality of life a lot. Those who make negative evaluations due to delays in scheduling and attendance must understand that it is due to the great demand for being a professional of the best quality, studious and updated with advancing medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa Tarde Doutor Ariel. Sou a mae do seu paciente Vitor Passos Meireles e Sa. Venho por meio deste espaço esclarecer algumas coisas que o senhor falou a meu filho. Sobre a postura dele. Eu estava como acompanhante dele e ressalvo os seguintes pontos:
Sua secretaria marcou a consulta as 2:30. Porem ela nao falou que o Sr tinha mais pacientes para atender e que os mesmos foram marcados no mesmo horário.
Nao e verdade que meu filho se atrasou. Saímos de casa a 01 hora da madrugada. Nao dormimos. Chegamos na recepção antes do horário marcado. Porem a recepção nao encaminhou ele de imediato. So nao entendi porque pelo hospital foi agendado as 6:00 hrs e tivemos que ir as 2:30. Eu e meu filho nao dormimos. Estávamos cansados e isso gerou um stress para nos por isso espero que o Sr entende nossa postura.
Outra coisa: Como nao poderíamos falar com o Sr. me dirigi a Supervisora e comuniquei que estávamos indo embora pois ja era 6:30(veja que sai de minha casa a 1:00) estávamos exaustos e stressados. Ela interfonou para o Centro cirúrgico e comunicou ao enfermeiro a situação . Espero que o Sr entenda que foi muito stress. Ficar sem dormir e numa espera sem fim para ser atendido. Saiba que eduquei meu filho. Eu mesma teria ido embora muito antes. Ele que insistiu para que esperássemos mais um pouco. Talvez ao responder da maneira como fez com meu filho o Sr olhou somente para o seu lado. Não se colocou em nosso lugar de nao. termos dormido. Talvez o Sr. Esteja acostumado com o fato de nao dormir em função da sua profissão. Para nos e dificil. Saiba que em nenhum momento fomos desrespeitoso. Simplesmente estávamos exaustos.
So. nao entendi porque o Sr não agendou um tempo sendo que o Sr. tinha 3 pacientes. Por que fazer a gente sair tao cedo de casa pra ficar no hospital esperando? Eram 6:30 e o Vitor ainda não tinha sido chamado. Acho que o Sr poderia olhar mais o lado do paciente. Se o Sr so tem este horário peça a secretaria que diga ao paciente que ele não será atendido as 2:30. Que ele podera ter que esperar por horas. Isso não ficou claro para nos. E foi frustrante ver a hora passar e nada dele ser chamado. Espero que depois desta explanação o St compreenda o porque ele postou o comentário.. Toda situação tem 3 lados. Neste caso a do Sr, a do Vitor e o que de fato aconteceu. Enfim, desculpe pelo texto longo mais eu queria que ficasse bem claro o porque fomos embora.

Mas marcar 4 pacientes no mesmo horário, é uma falta de respeito!
Nem se fosse gratuito poderia achar isso normal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Atendente marcou consulta para data errada. Na recepção disse q não erra. Deu as costas e nem remarcou. Fez pouco caso. Ñ se desculpou. Fiquei no prejuizo de locomoção e tempo.
