★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquem atentos ao marcar a consulta, certifiquem-se da data. Liguei ontem para marcar consulta, me disseram ter para hoje às 15:15 com a Dra. Karina. Fui então para a consulta, chegando lá me disseram que a Dra. Karina não consulta hoje, que o dia dela é quinta-feira. Claro que cancelei a consulta e não volto mais!
Não conheço os médicos, mas a recepção, que é o cartão de visitas, me deixou com uma péssima impressão.
 Stay tuned when making an appointment, make sure the date. I called yesterday to make an appointment, I was told to have at 15:15 today with Dr. Karina. So I went to the appointment, and when I got there I was told that Dr. Karina does not see today, that her day is Thursday. Of course I canceled the appointment and I won't be back!
I don't know the doctors, but the reception, which is the business card, left me with a bad impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fui por duas vezes e só fui atendida 1 hora depois do horário marcado, na segunda vez esperei por uma hora de novo, a recepção foi ficando repleta de clientes e por conta da COVID 19 , não quis me arriscar.
Falta de respeito (pela vida), pois nas duas vezes cheguei no horário marcado.
Não recomendo a ninguém.
Terrible, I went twice and was only attended 1 hour after the scheduled time, the second time I waited for an hour again, the reception was full of customers and on account of COVID 19, I didn't want to take any chances.
Lack of respect (for life), because both times I arrived on time.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

Minha filha foi atendida uma vez para fazer um procedimento simples de cauterização de verruga.
Não deu certo.Marquei a consulta de retorno que foi remarcada algumas vezes pelo Dr Gulherme.Apos muita insistência ela foi atendida de encaixe .
E pasmem... ele encaminhou para um
cirgpladtoco.
Very disappointing.
My daughter was seen once for a simple wart cauterization procedure.
It didn't work. I made a return appointment, which was rescheduled a few times by Dr Gulherme.
And amazingly... he referred to a
cirgplattoco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi muito boa, atendimento muito atencioso da Dr Juliana, preocupada em achar a melhor solução para o possível problema que tenho, fora que não aguardei nada, logo fui chamada para o atendimento e além disso consegui marcar a consulta para o dia seguinte. Foi muito bom, assim consegui o resultado de exame muito mais rápido.
It was very good, very attentive service from Dr Juliana, concerned with finding the best solution for the possible problem I have, besides that I didn't wait for anything, so I was called for assistance and I also managed to make an appointment for the next day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não duvido do vasto conhecimento do dr. Paulo Cotrim, pena que ele não está mais interessado em aplicá-lo nos pacientes; pelo menos naqueles que tem plano de saúde. Pode ser que na consulta particular, a postura seja outra.
I don't doubt the vast knowledge of dr. Paulo Cotrim, it's a pity that he is no longer interested in applying it to patients; at least for those who have health insurance. It may be that in the private consultation, the posture is different.
