Descaso total, minha filha tinha uma consulta às 16:00hs, chegando no consultório o local estava lotado sem respeito algum quanto aos procedimentos contra Covid, aglomeração total. Optei por aguardar fora do prédio já que não havia espaço mais nem no corredor. Só fomos atendidos duas horas depois e pra completar o Dr. Renato disse que só faria o procedimento a laser e que o convênio não cubriria o valor, perguntei se realizava o procedimento por telefone chegando no local reforcei o motivo da consulta mas o interesse é em vender procedimentos e não resolver o problema do paciente, pois guia pra microcirurgia de cisto eu já possuía.
I don't recommend it. Total neglect, my daughter had an appointment at 16:00, arriving at the office the place was packed without any respect regarding the procedures against Covid, total agglomeration. I chose to wait outside the building as there was no space left even in the corridor. We were only seen two hours later and to complete Dr. Renato said that he would only do the laser procedure and that the agreement would not cover the amount, I asked if he performed the procedure by phone arriving at the place I reinforced the reason for the consultation but the interest is in selling procedures and not solving the patient's problem, as I already had a guide for cyst microsurgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em algum momento da minha avaliação está escrito que fiquei insatisfeito com o laudo? Marquei pras 17h e não para as 18h se soubesse que seria atendido as 18h marcaria as 18h, uma hora de espera e aglomeração, falta de respeito.
At some point in my evaluation, is it written that I was dissatisfied with the report? I made an appointment for 5:00 pm and not for 6:00 pm. If I knew I would be seen at 6:00 pm, I would make an appointment at 6:00 pm, an hour of waiting and crowding, lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente!!! Eu, meus dois filhos e marido sempre fomos muito bem atendidos, e os problemas de pele resolvidos com pouco dinheiro. Passamos há anos com o Dr Renato. Inclusive meu filho Leonardo fez um tratamento para acne com o Dr Renato quando tinha 17 anos e ficou sensacional, pele de bebê literalmente. Hoje ele tem 27 anos e a autoestima reforçada. Sempre indico ele para meus amigos.
Excelent reception!!! Me, my two children and husband were always very well cared for, and skin problems were solved with little money. We spent years with Dr Renato. Even my son Leonardo had a treatment for acne with Dr Renato when he was 17 years old and it was sensational, literally baby skin. Today he is 27 years old and his self-esteem is strengthened. I always recommend it to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Consulta atrasada em mais de 1h e recepção completamente lotada. Após a consulta precisei de uma alteração na guia do exame e fiquei 50 minutos no telefone, esperando a recepcionista que pediu um momento e não retornou mais. Solicitei duas vezes por e-mail e segui sem resposta. Já imagino o nível da resposta que vou receber, visto a maneira como os feedbacks negativos foram respondidos por aqui, mas deixo o relato de descaso total. Pensem bem antes de agendar, não vale a pena.
Terrible attendance. Consultation delayed by more than 1 hour and reception completely full. After the consultation I needed a change in the exam guide and I was on the phone for 50 minutes, waiting for the receptionist who asked for a moment and never returned. I asked twice by email and got no response. I can already imagine the level of response I will receive, given the way negative feedbacks were responded to here, but I leave the report of total disregard. Think carefully before scheduling, it's not worth it.
