★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse -1 estrela na avaliação eu daria. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. PÉSSIMA ADMINISTRAÇÃO. CONFUSÃO GERAL COM AS FICHAS E ORDEM DE CHEGADA. chegamos cedo. Mesmo só abrindo 07h só começa a atender as 09h. Chegamos cedo pra agilizar a ficha.. porém, parece que só começam a fazer a ficha as 09h. Horrível, péssimo atendimento. Levamos 2 ou 3 horas aguardando para ficar menos de 1min na sala do médico. Afere a pressão, faz 2 ou 3 perguntas e pronto. O atendimento não leva nem 2 minutos, para mais de 2h de espera.

Even though it only opens at 7 am, it only starts at 9 am. We arrived early to expedite the record... however, it seems that they only start to file the record at 09:00. Horrible, bad service. We spent 2 or 3 hours waiting to spend less than 1min in the doctor's room. Check the pressure, ask 2 or 3 questions, and that's it. The service does not take even 2 minutes, for more than 2 hours of waiting.

Cheguei às 6:30h e fui informada que o médico só chega às 8:30h. deveria ficar em casa dormindo uma pessoa dessas que não tem respeito pelas pessoas. Só em Salvador mesmo essa falta de respeito com o cidadão.E para melhorar, a clinica funciona até às 11:00h. um absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ facilmente vai perder 3 horas aqui, a recepção é desorganizada gente que chegou depois de mim foi atendido antes por desorganização deles e outras pessoas que estavam no local reclamaram da mesma coisa. Um terror.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devia se chamar clínica essencial falta de noção da realidade, no meio de uma crise pandemica o local continua colocando em risco funcionários e passantes, absolutamente nenhuma medida de recomendação de segurança sendo feita - sem álcool em gel disponível, aferição de temperatura é feita no ato da entrega dos documentos, além do local estar extremamente quente, um mísero ventilador doméstico confrontando o calor que faz na cidade + as janelas abertas com sol adentrando ao espaço cheio, pessoas se acumulam na porta, no centro, enchendo e esvaziando, o que parece ser um modus operandi usual, onde a falta de zelo e cuidado são marcas da gestão, ao responsável, meus mais sincero desejos de que crie vergonha na cara, que tá em falta. Pese sua irresponsabilidade, porque coloca pessoas em risco todos os dias.
Tudo aqui é manual e muito lento, parecem presos nos anos 90. O médico sequer leu meu relatório, foram 2h de espera para 1 minuto de atendimento assinando e carimbando sem muitas perguntas. Bizarro.
Empresas que tem o mínimo de zelo pelos seus, se atentem antes de enviarem pra abatedouros irresponsáveis desse tipo.

Everything here is manual and very slow, they seem stuck in the 90s. The doctor didn't even read my report, there were 2 hours of waiting for 1 minute of assistance signing and stamping without many questions. Bizarre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não tem onde estacionar, um calor da zorra com ar condicionados que só ventilam. Demorou mais de 3 horas para fazer um exame. Deviam fechar essa clinica.
Terrible service, there is nowhere to park, a scorching heat with air conditioners that only ventilate. It took over 3 hours to take an exam. They should close this clinic.

Cheguei 6:14 e já deu 08:49 e não fui atendido pq o médico não chegou, engraçado que só tem 1 médico para mais de 60 pessoas e no período de pandemia todo mundo colado com o outro

Cheguei 5:30 almejando ser a primeira e ir logo embora, as atendentes me entregaram a ficha as 6:30, as 7 em ponto tirei sangue, porém o médico clínico chegou 8:30!
Impressionante como a maioria das reclamações são sobre isso, e 1 ano se passou desde minha primeira vez no local, e nada mudou.
As recepcionistas são maravilhosas, mas esse médico não tem um pingo de comprometimento. A pessoa em jejum, tem que aguardar a hora que ele bem quiser chegar.

The receptionists are wonderful, but this doctor doesn't have an ounce of commitment. The fasting person has to wait for the time he wants to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apenas um médico atendendo. Cheguei 8h e fui atendida 10:35. Vi o médico chegar às 9h para atender quem esperava desde 7h. Sem protocolos de higiene e segurança, sem álcool para a pessoas e sem ventilação. Distanciamento apenas na primeira sala de espera. Mentem dizendo que o tempo de espera é curto. Se recusaram a nós informar o CNPJ da clínica e o CRM do médico. Pior Clínica de Medicina do Trabalho da cidade. Não te examinam de verdade, apenas tiram a pressão, o médico não faz perguntas, apenas marca tudo no papel e te pede pra chamar o próximo (nem funcionários pra chamar os pacientes eles tem, então o paciente depois de esperar horas ainda tem que ajudar a chamar o próximo). Muita falta de respeito, falta de profissionalismo, falta de higiene. Merece ser fechada pra ontem.

We were refused to inform the CNPJ of the clinic and the physician's CRM. Worst Occupational Medicine Clinic in the city. They don't really examine you, they just take the pressure off, the doctor doesn't ask questions, just marks everything on paper and asks you to call the next one (they don't even have staff to call patients, so the patient after waiting hours still has to help to call the next). A lot of lack of respect, lack of professionalism, lack of hygiene. It deserves to be closed for yesterday.
