★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive aí hoje! Fiquei com pena da moça que orienta a gente (Val), todos em cima dela pedindo informações e mesmo assim ela atendeu todos gentilmente. Tem pessoas que nascem com o dom, e essa moça com certeza tem talento para lidar com as pessoas. Deus abençoe ??????
 I was there today! I felt sorry for the girl who guides us (Val), everyone on top of her asking for information and even so she kindly answered everyone. There are people who are born with the gift, and this girl certainly has a talent for dealing with people. God bless ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sugestao - colocar senha no pos-consulta. A orgamizacao de filas gera muita confusao e insatisfacao dos seus clientes e ainda vcs podem utilizar a funcionaria em outro servico
Suggestion - put password in post-consultation. The organization of queues generates a lot of confusion and dissatisfaction for your customers and you can still use the employee in another service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento, principalmente da funcionária Val q atende todos sempre com um sorriso , simpatia e boa vontade, principalmente com os mais idosos q às vezes tem um pouquinho de dificuldade de entender o q tem q fazer , parabéns Val , precisamos de mais pessoas assim!

I have no words to thank the service from the person Valdirene (val ) who she attends with a lot of love and affection for people without exception..very helpful she helped me in what she could with my husband who had a stroke..until today she does it yesterday's mmo always helping .. not only me but other people need her .. excellent professional to exercise with love !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar ruim demais o atendimento, somente 2 guichê funcionando e o restante tudo conversando de pernas pro ar e ninguém faz nada para resolver. Tinha tudo para ser um bom local, mas falta pessoas adequadas. Mais de 2 horas esperando para coleta de exames e a só tem uma pessoa que tira sangue e fica andando pra lá e pra cá e não faz o serviço certo, o que adianta ficar 8horas em jejum sendo que o próprio serviço faz passar as horas adequadas. É um descaso com o paciente que eu nunca vi igual.
Too bad place the service, only 2 counters working and the rest all talking upside down and nobody does anything to solve it. It had everything to be a good place, but it lacks suitable people. More than 2 hours waiting for exams to be collected and there is only one person who takes blood and keeps walking back and forth and doesn't do the right job, what's the point of staying 8 hours fasting when the service itself makes the appropriate hours pass . It's a disregard for the patient that I've never seen the same.

Nunca saí sem solucionarem minhas questões.. Parabéns aos proprietários, administradores e gestores, a clínica reformada ficou ainda mais aconchegante para nos receber.
Gostaria de destacar em especial 2 funcionários que trabalham com muito zelo e amor, pois fazem a diferença lá dentro: Val e Théo... Exemplos de pessoas a serem seguidos... Sabem trabalhar na área da saúde, pois sempre a empatia deles prevalece.

O primeiro atendimento que se inicia na abordagem é sensacional a atendente "Val" tem um carinho enorme por todos, muito proativa, (sabe aquele ditado, ao sair de casa deixe seus probleminhas pendurados no portão, então ela com certeza cumpre isso, pq assim como todo ser humano deve ter suas dificuldades, e independente disso trás sempre um sorriso largo no rosto) sempre muito preocupada com a duas partes tanto empresa quanto paciente!
Parabéns Val, que venhamos a ter mais pessoas como você!
The clinic has a super nice structure.
