★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma confusão entre a unidade de Cambui e de Extrema, me fez dar essa avaliação. O mesmo laboratório, mesmo dono, mas não podem fazer a coleta aceitando o mesmo convênio, colocando em risco a qualidade do laboratório. Não só de bom atendimento vive um lugar. Meio a pandemia e uma falta de comunicação, empatia e respeito com pessoas que estão com sintomas da doença. Triste isso.
A confusion between the Cambui and Extrema units made me give this assessment. The same laboratory, the same owner, but they cannot do the collection accepting the same agreement, putting the quality of the laboratory at risk. Not only does good service live a place. Amid the pandemic and a lack of communication, empathy and respect for people who have symptoms of the disease. That's sad.
