★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente quando fiz minha cirurgia não tínhamos os recursos de avaliações nas redes sociais ou Google, mas agora temos e quero justificar o pq de apenas 1 estrela. O Dr Luiz errou comigo por várias vezes. Primeiro ele combinou comigo de colocar uma marca e colocou outra extremamente inferior e desconhecida, em pouco tempo tive ondulações no silicone, segundo que ele combinou de colocar tamanhos diferentes e colocou o mesmo, a diferença ficou perceptível, terceiro quando fiquei assustada com a diferença e inchaço liguei pra ele uma semana depois e me lembro perfeitamente dele me chamando de neurótica e não me tratando com a mesma delicadeza que me tratou quando paguei a cirurgia, a vista inclusive. Não recomendo.
Unfortunately when I had my surgery we did not have the ratings capabilities on social networks or Google, but now we have and want to justify why only 1 star. Dr Luiz was wrong with me several times. First he agreed with me to put a mark and put another extremely inferior and unknown, in a short time I had ripples in the silicone, second he combined to put different sizes and put the same, the difference was noticeable, third when I was scared of the difference and I swollen I called him a week later and I remember him perfectly calling me a neurotic and not treating me as gently as he did when I paid for the surgery, including sight. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti desrespeitada pois marquei as 14hs para retirar os pontos do umbigo e tive que esperar 40 minitos pra ser atendida, faltou comprometimento da parte dos funcionários , até pq marquei horario e saí sem atendimento estressada e com os pontos ainda.
I felt disrespected because I booked at 2 pm to remove the navel points and I had to wait 40 minutes to be attended, there was a lack of commitment on the part of the employees, because I made an appointment and left without a stressed appointment and with the points still.

Tenho o zap direto do Dr. Da enfermagem e do fisioterapeuta. Todos me atendem com excelência e perfeição. O processo de recuperação e doloroso, mas o resultado final é ótimo.

I had my mammoplasty surgery with prosthesis exactly 90 days ago, I am very happy with the result and service.
I have the direct zap of Dr. Da Enfermagem and the physiotherapist. Everyone serves me with excellence and perfection. The recovery process is painful, but the end result is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a cirurgia de masto com protese em agosto, até ai tudo ok. Meus dois retornos de 7d e 30d foram com a enfermeira, nunca mais vi a cara do medico! A enfermeira me disse para agendar retorno de 90d com o dr luiz para averiguar pois esta muito vermelho em baixo do peito. Liguei hj nas duas clinicas e só tem vaga para janeiro. E o detalhe que é PÓS CIRURGICO!!!!!!!!!!! Acho um absurdo. Não indico pra ninguém, quando fiz a cirurgia nao busquei referencias, agora que fui ver, já até morreram pessoas e eles abafaram o caso, mudando o nome para ALUMNI DAY HOSPITAL... CUIDADO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Agora penso se terei que entrar com adv para poder ser atendida e verificar o meu pós? NAO INDICO A CLINICA PARA MEU INIMIGO!!!!!!!!!!!
I had mast surgery with prosthesis in August, so far everything is ok. My two 7d and 30d returns were with the nurse, I never saw the doctor's face again! The nurse told me to schedule a 90d return with dr luiz to find out because it's very red under the chest. I called today at the two clinics and only have a vacancy for January. And the detail that is POST SURGERY!!!!!!!!!!! I think it's absurd. I don't tell anyone, when I had the surgery I didn't look for references, now that I went to see, people have even died and they hushed the case, changing the name to ALUMNI DAY HOSPITAL... BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! Now I think if I have to enter with adv to be able to be answered and check my post? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CLINIC TO MY ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz microagulhamento na perna direita de uma cicatriz e ficou pior do que estava, ficou escura não indico essa clínica pra ninguém.
I did microneedling on the right leg of a scar and it got worse than it was, it got dark I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.
