★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência única que tive com minha mãe chegamos na clinica mamãe foi muito bem recebida pelo um rapazinho , pegou cadeira de roda colocou no braco . fofinho Que fica tirando as senhas ... gente do ceu mamãe deu uma risada pois estava precisando de um médico más depois da consulta ela ja está bem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos fazem esperar aglomerados, perdemos o dia todo para fazer exames simples, sem álcool gel, sem sabão no banheiro. Se você precisar fazer algum exame aqui, saiba q vc vai chegar de 7 da manhã e sair de 14 hrs. Espero não voltar nunca mais!
They make us wait for crowds, we waste all day to do simple exams, without alcohol gel, without soap in the bathroom. If you need to take an exam here, know that you will arrive at 7 am and leave at 2 pm. I hope I never come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha marcado uma consulta para hoje às 15hs, com Dr. Leónidas Nogueira, CRM 15.309 (Urologista) às 14hs ligo para clínica para confirmar a consulta a atendente informa que não sabe se vai ter a consulta, pediu para ligar mais tarde que ela iria contatar o médico Leónidas para confirmar. Depois ligo e outra atendente informa que não tem resposta e que é melhor eu não ir. Que desorganização, o médico tem que confirmar seus compromissos um dia antes, a clínica por sua vez se houver evidência de suspensão da consulta entra em contato com o paciente e informar. Nada disso foi feito. Caso tivesse seguido de Pau Amarelo, sem ligar daria uma viagem perdida, custo de deslocamento e tempo perdido.

Fui um outro dia, teve toda uma burocracia para um simples exame admissional e no final precisei esperar um outro médico!
A clinica é tão ruim que o alistamento militar parece um paraíso.

The clinic is so bad that the military conscription feels like paradise.

onde cheguei por volta de 8:00 até as 13:45 não fui atendido pelo médico!

Porém fui atendido por um médico arrogante e com necessidade de ter seu ego inflado. Me senti constrangido no atendimento (médico), e inclusive já estava preparado, pois já havia recebido relatos na empresa do mesmo tratamento, pelo mesmo médico.
Deixo aqui a minha dica, chameo de senhor, ou vossa senhoria, pois se trata-lo de outra forma será constrangido e ele fará a mesma pergunta "senhor ou oi?" Por diversas vezes.

But I was attended by an arrogant doctor and in need of having his ego inflated. I felt embarrassed in the service (doctor), and I was already prepared, as I had already received reports in the company of the same treatment, by the same doctor.
I leave here my tip, call him sir, or your lordship, because if you treat him otherwise he will be embarrassed and he will ask the same question "sir or hi?" Several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica possui uma péssima administração, tive que realizar o exame admissões neste lugar e fiquei mais de duas horas esperando o e-mail deles voltar a funcionar para que pudessem trabalhar.
Depois de muito questionar entendi que a situação era que todos os funcionários usam o mesmo e-mail e alguém tentou a senha errada várias vezes que bloqueou o e-mail é inadmissível em pleno século 21 com tanta tecnologia uma situação dessa ocorrer
Sem contar na tamanha falta de segurança com os dados dos pacientes que qualquer funcionário tem acesso.
The clinic has a bad administration, I had to perform the admissions exam in this place and I was more than two hours waiting for their email to work again so they could work.
After a lot of questioning I understood that the situation was that all employees use the same email and someone tried the wrong password several times that blocked the email is inadmissible in the 21st century with so much technology for a situation like this to occur
Not to mention the lack of security with patient data that any employee has access to.
