★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, pra ser ruim tem que melhorar muito. Atendente me pediu para esperar no atendimento via Whatsapp, não me explicou o porquê tenho que esperar, enfim, já são 5 horas esperando ser atendido, para depois saber se vou poder agendar meus exames.
Tremenda falta de respeito, lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível ne , tive o desprazer de passar em Suzano , e depois levar meu filho em poá, gente que horrível , o banheiro estava imundo, a recepção perdida , o líder lá nem sabe o que fala sem firmeza alguma, mente toda hora falando que o doutor ahmet está chegando , mais de 15 pessoas tomaram a mesma medicação, como pode ? E brincadeira , eu vou denunciar os dois lugares , pq é péssimo não tem estrutura nenhuma, zero , funcionários desmotivados , zero vontade, contrata quem quer trabalhar, poxa agora ficar sendo tratado que nem lixo , não dá, eu só vou pq o convênio que me encaminhou , horrível nota 0, pra todos , recepção, limpeza, médico Porcão, tudo , fiquei com dó , dos funcionários desmotivados , paguem em dia seus trambiqueiros , o pessoal precisa de um salário melhor pra atender as pessoas !!!! A vigilância vai saber que o médico faz procedimento cirúrgico , com materiais sem estar esterilizados e por valores mais acessíveis ... Tudo isso foi comunicado , ele me forçando a fazer uma cirurgia da minha esposa , na clínica sem estrutura

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 26 minutos pela manhã e após almoço e mais 17 minutos ao telefone tentando marcar consulta, SEM SUCESSO, DESISTI.
I stayed 26 minutes in the morning and after lunch and another 17 minutes on the phone trying to make an appointment, WITHOUT SUCCESS, I GAVE UP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, descaso total com os pacientes, sem compromisso nenhum, atendentes mau humoradas, tempo de espera exorbitante, preços não compatíveis com o atendimento...em fim, não recomendo, e o stress que passamos, não desejo pra ninguém.
Bad experience, total disregard for patients, no commitment, bad tempered attendants, exorbitant waiting time, prices not compatible with the service... in the end, I don't recommend it, and the stress we go through, I don't wish it on anyone.

You guys are worse than a health center, you hire people to answer the phone, a lot of rest with customers, it's not free to pay us for appointments, exams, lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz dias que tento ligar pra marcar uma consulta, hoje finalmente consegui, mas o atendente não ouvia nada do que eu dizia, barulho de carro no fundo, e ainda desligaram na minha cara sem marcar. Péssimo atendimento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho q clínica boa, considerando, claro, o preço que cobra pelos serviços: preços mais acessíveis. Deveriam só aumentar o tempo na Consulta, que considero muito rápido. Só isso.
