★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência!!! Total descaso e falta de respeito. Mudaram meu horário e psicóloga e só avisaram quando cheguei no no local pra ser atendida. Atendentes desorganizadas e uma psicóloga chamada Renata sem noção alguma de respeito ao próximo.
Bad experience!!! Total disregard and lack of respect. They changed my schedule and psychologist and only told me when I arrived at the place to be seen. Disorganized attendants and a psychologist named Renata with no notion of respect for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei outro dia para saber como posso iniciar as sessões de terapia, como vou utilizar o convenio da empresa, solicitaram um encaminhamento para darmos inicio. Hoje chego eu com o encaminhamento em mãos, carteirinha do convenio e documentos padrão e descubro que vou ter que fica ligando e chamando no whatsapp para fazerem meu cadastro com um profissional. Eu não entendi o por que já não podiam fazer meu cadastro, arquivar meu encaminhamento médico, já manter meus dados no sistema para ai sim me ligarem ou mandarem alguma mensagem informando que há um profissional disponivel e se podemos agendar. Não faz sentindo o sistema de vocês, estou considerar procurar por outra clinica que também fique perto de mim.

Today I arrive with the referral in hand, membership card and standard documents and discover that I will have to keep calling and calling on whatsapp to make my registration with a professional. I didn't understand why they couldn't make my registration, file my medical referral, already keep my data in the system so they could call me or send a message informing me that there is a professional available and if we can schedule it. It doesn't make sense to your system, I am considering looking for another clinic that is also close to me.

Meu filho mais velho é atendido pelo Psicólogo Vinícius e gosta muito! Agora liguei pra marcar para o meu filho mais novo, que será atendido pela Psicóloga Camila Moreno. Não quis mudar, já que sempre fomos bem atendidos pela Clínica Reviver.

My oldest son is attended by the Psychologist Vinícius and he really likes it! Now I called to make an appointment for my youngest son, who will be attended by Psychologist Camila Moreno. I didn't want to change, as we were always well taken care of by Clínica Reviver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Onde me trouxe prejuízo, financeiro, no trabalho e meu psicológico piorou! Durante quase dois anos, passei com uma profissional, que mais faltava do que ia na clínica, raramente me avisava pelo whatsapp quando eu já estava na clínica, por este motivo fui prejudicada até na empresa onde trabalhava! Quando ela saiu da clínica sem avisar, fui em busca do meu prontuário, "pasmem" informaram que não tinha nada e que a psicóloga fez isso comigo e com outros atendimentos! Foram dois anos jogados no lixo e meu convênio não pagava pouco por isso.Eu só não divulgo o nome desta "psicóloga" porque que talvez quem precisa de terapias seja ela! Mas a justiça de Deus é maior.

When she left the clinic unannounced, I went in search of my chart, "amazed" they informed me that there was nothing and that the psychologist did this to me and to other appointments! Two years were thrown in the trash and my insurance didn't pay little for it. I just don't disclose the name of this "psychologist" because maybe she's the one who needs therapies! But God's justice is greater.
