Concordo que começa pelo atendimento na tentativa de agendar qualquer consulta ou exame. Também fiz contato pelo WhatsApp, e informaram que as linhas estavam.com problema. Então, vamos fazer o agendamento por aqui, disse eu. A funcionária respondeu : "infelizmente nao consigo devido a todas as informações que precisa". Como todos sabemos, O WhatsApp é um meio de comunicação até melhor que o telefone fixo, devido a várias informações ficarem gravadas. Uma pena que empresas como essa não disponham de pessoas qualificadas para acompanhar o desenvolvimento da tecnologia.

As we all know, WhatsApp is an even better means of communication than the landline, due to several information being recorded. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 dias tentando ligar na clinica para agendar um exame ou o telefone da como desligado ou só ocupado, não tem um minuto q vc liga o telefone tá com problema. Pelo whats só passam o número para ligar. A tecnologia precisa chegar a clinic. Me passaram 5 números diferentes mas NENHUM presta.
2 days trying to call the clinic to schedule an exam or the phone is turned off or just busy, there's not a minute that you turn the phone on, there's a problem. By whats only pass the number to call. The technology needs to reach the clinic. I was given 5 different numbers but NONE works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na clínica para fazer um exame que foi agendado a mais de duas semanas ou chegar na clínica o exame tinha sido marcado para as 9:20 cheguei às 9:06 passado mais de 20 min não chamavam para fazer o cadastro e aguardar para o exame. Um absurdo a falta de respeito com os pacientes. Clínica péssima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre os profissionais médicos, não tenho nada a dizer. São excelentes! Porém, a gestão, recepção e a falta de profissionalismo dos atendentes é péssima! Primeiro que para você conseguir agendar uma consulta é um trabalho árduo de resiliência. Tantos números de telefone para absolutamente nenhum funcionar!
Atendimento do WhatsApp pior ainda. Agendam o horário errado, não lhe dão retorno, não lhe comunicam sobre possíveis mudanças, e você fica com cara de palhaço esperando a boa vontade deles de resolver. Infelizmente, se você precisa de um tratamento contínuo e de urgência no atendimento, tem que ter uma paciência de Jó!
About medical professionals, I have nothing to say. They are excellent! However, the management, reception and the lack of professionalism of the attendants is terrible! First, for you to be able to schedule an appointment is hard work of resilience. So many phone numbers for absolutely none to work!
WhatsApp service even worse. They schedule the wrong time, don't give you feedback, don't communicate about possible changes, and you look like a clown waiting for their goodwill to solve it. Unfortunately, if you need continuous treatment and urgent care, you have to have Job's patience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei agendar endoscopia e colonoscopia, fui prontamente atendida por telefone, recebi todas as instruções para os exames e o agendamento foi marcado também.
No dia 26/05/22 fui até a clinica, entrei com 15 minutos de atraso para a execução dos exames devido ao preenchimento do questionário, lá dentro fui muito bem atendida, pelas enfermeiras e médico, desde o início até a finalização do procedimento. Recebendo todas as instruções pós exames.
Só tenho a agradecer, e parabenizar à todos !!!

O primeiro ocorreu sem nenhum problema, porém a endoscopia que era para ocorrer hoje, onde me preparei e fiquei de jejum completo inclusive de água, não foi feito e me informaram somente hoje na clínica que haviam desmarcado e que todos os pacientes tinham sido avisados(exceto eu) e depois falaram que foi erro do sistema. Muita falta de respeito, gasto atoa com Uber, tempo perdido. Sem contar o estresse para a minha noiva que estava de acompanhante, mesmo passando mal foi comigo, pois queria que eu fizesse o exame.

A lot of lack of respect, wasted time with Uber, wasted time. Not to mention the stress for my fiancée who was accompanying me, even though I was sick, it was with me, because she wanted me to take the exam.

O problema com essa clínica já começa na tentativa de agendamento de exames. Fiz contato pelo WhatsApp, que aponta para 4 números de telefone. Para conseguir falar em um desses 4 números, precisei ligar umas 40 vezes (10 em cada), isso mesmo, 40 vezes, e ainda ouvir a atendente me chamar de “meu bem”! Enfim, agendei.
No dia do exame não tive problemas.
No dia seguinte, quando fui retirar a sonda do exame Phmetria esofágica, fiquei pelo menos 1 hora esperando, apenas para fazer a retirada do aparelho. Tive que cobrar a recepção para chamarem uma enfermeira realizar o procedimento. Fiquei com a sensação que simplesmente me esqueceram lá e que se não me manifestasse, continuaria esperando. Mas o pior de tudo aconteceu enquanto estava aguardando. Um senhor de pelo menos 75 anos foi realizar um exame no particular, e ao dizer que pagaria no cartão, foi surpreendido com a resposta que a clínica não aceita essa modalidade de pagamento. Como assim? Estamos em 2022! O senhor, de 75 anos, disse então que poderia fazer por PIX e novamente a recusa pelo pagamento. Como assim, de novo? Fizeram-no sair da clínica, ir andando até a agência bancária, sacar o dinheiro e voltar. Onde está o profissionalismo e humanidade da clínica?
Péssimo².

A man who is at least 75 years old went to carry out an exam in private, and when he said he would pay by card, he was surprised by the answer that the clinic does not accept this form of payment. As well? We are in 2022! The 75-year-old man then said he could do it for PIX and again refused to pay. How so again? They made him leave the clinic, walk to the bank branch, withdraw the money, and come back. Where is the professionalism and humanity of the clinic?
Terrible².
