RESPOSTA DADA: "imprevistos acontecem, com emergências tendo prioridade no atendimento"
Durante minha espera não vi nenhum caso de emergência chegar entre meu agendamento e meu atendimento (que ocorreu depois de 1 hora do agendado). Então, a clínica deveria não agendar e aplicar o atendimento por chegada, assim os clientes não ficariam esperando inutilmente por mais de uma hora mesmo com horário agendado.

During my wait I didn't see any emergency case arrive between my appointment and my appointment (which occurred after 1 hour of the scheduled time). I really recommend it , especially thanks to the excellent orthopedist Dr José Francisco who through his great competence saved the member of a dog diagnosed with amputation .
Dr Virgínia, Dr Fábio and Dr Giovanna were always attentive and dedicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha irmã levou seu gato lá com obstrução uretral, com a bexiga cheia, era pra ter sido realizado um procedimento de sondagem e fizeram só o cateter pra tentar desobstrução e não colocaram a sonda como tinha sido pago. A veterinária estava com medo do gato, chamou ele de difícil, isso pq o mesmo é dócil mas estava com comportamento estranho por conta do incomodo da bexiga, tal comportamento já consta inclusive no manual de sondagem uretral de felinos, q ela deveria saber. Depois de inserir o careter, retirar e espremer sua uretra disse q no dia seguinte deveria chamar um cirurgião pra colocar a sonda e iria ser cobrado mais custos do veterinário e anestesia ( isso pq cobraram 1584 reais com procedimentos e exames). Deixaram internado lá 24 h e qd retiraram p levar pra outra clínica fazer o procedimento q eles deveriam ter feito, eles propuseram refazer o mesmo procedimento paliativo mas com custo novamente. Levaram no Dog Saúde e lá fizeram o procedimento desde a anestesia geral ( só 2 ml enquanto no primeiro usaram 4 ml) com muito cuidado e lentamente, fizeram a sondagem e o gato ficará sim com a sonda como deve ser por 24 ou 48h , se necessário. Extraíram 300 ml de urina do mesmo....um volume considerável pra quem estava com obstrução sob cuidados veterinários, e lavaram a bexiga com soro diversas vezes pra limpar a infecção q essa retenção causa, o q tb consta no manual do procedimento de sondagem qd obstrução uretral, q a veterinária da outra clínica deveria saber e não fez....simplesmente revoltante! Um lugar q o principal interesse é financeiro....eu levava meu cachorro e minhas gatas lá (achava ótimo por ter tido boas experiências), depois disso com certeza nunca mais levarei e estou contando aqui pra que ninguém mais passe por isso...
My sister took her cat there with urethral obstruction, with a full bladder, a probe procedure was supposed to have been performed and they only did the catheter to try to unblock it, and they didn't put the probe as it had been paid for. The veterinarian was afraid of the cat, called it difficult, because it is docile but it was with strange behavior due to the discomfort of the bladder, such behavior is already included in the feline urethral probe manual, which she should know. After inserting the careter, removing and squeezing his urethra he said that the next day he should call a surgeon to place the probe and he would be charged more costs from the veterinarian and anesthesia (this is because they charged 1584 reais with procedures and exams). They were hospitalized there for 24 hours and when they removed it, they took it to another clinic to do the procedure they should have done, they proposed redoing the same palliative procedure, but at a cost again. They took it to Dog Saúde and there they performed the procedure from general anesthesia (only 2 ml while in the first one they used 4 ml) very carefully and slowly, they carried out the probe and the cat will stay with the probe as it should be for 24 or 48 hours, if required. They extracted 300 ml of urine from it... a considerable volume for those with obstruction under veterinary care, and washed the bladder with saline several times to clean the infection that this retention causes, which is also included in the probing procedure manual qd urethral obstruction, the veterinarian at the other clinic should have known and didn't....simply revolting! A place where the main interest is financial... I used to take my dog and cats there (I thought it was great because I had good experiences), after that I'll definitely never take it again and I'm counting here so that no one else goes through this...
