★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa cachorrinha estava com um caso grave de cinomose e levamos na clinica por indicação, pois ela havia piorado e estava com a respiração ofegante, com o pulmão já comprometido. A veterinaria foi bastante atenciosa e tratou com muito cuidado e optamos pela eutanásia pois estava realmente sofrendo há varios dias e o procedimento foi feito. Seria 100% se não tivessem entregado a minha cachorra em um saco preto de plástico. Meu marido pediu um pano e entregaram um no improviso, alegando que havia acabado a caixa específica para isto. Conversei com a veterinaria do quanto isto é inadmissivel, pois minha cachorra não era um lixo e ela foi muito solidária e pediu desculpas. Também liguei ontem e falei com a gerência, reforçando o absurdo que é entregar o animal embrulhado em um saco preto. O MINIMO é que todo animal seja entregue embrulhado em um pano ou um caixinha, para que nenhum tutor tenha mais esta tristeza em receber o animal desta forma em um momento tão delicado. O cliente paga - caro - pra receber o seu querido animal desta forma. No telefone foi alegado que muitos tutores não querem pagar pra embrulhar o animal, mas isto deveria ser o básico. Faltou empatia e humanidade.
Our little dog had a serious case of distemper and we took her to the clinic by indication, because she had gotten worse and was breathing heavily, with her lung already compromised. The vet was very attentive and treated him very carefully and we opted for euthanasia because he was really suffering for several days and the procedure was done. It would be 100% if they hadn't delivered my dog in a black plastic bag. My husband asked for a cloth and they delivered one on the spot, claiming that the specific box for this had run out. I talked to the vet about how unacceptable this is, because my dog was not trash and she was very supportive and apologized. I also called yesterday and spoke to management, reinforcing the absurdity of delivering the animal wrapped in a black bag. The MINIMUM is that every animal is delivered wrapped in a cloth or a box, so that no tutor has this sadness to receive the animal in this way in such a delicate moment. The customer pays - dearly - to receive his beloved animal in this way. On the phone it was alleged that many owners don't want to pay to wrap the animal, but this should be the basics. Lack of empathy and humanity.
