★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre levei meu cachorro desde 2018, e de alguns meses pra ca agora em 2020 houve diversos erros por parte de quem tosa meu cachorro , pedi para não cortarem o bigode pois o cachorro fica sem rumo estranho,adivinha, falaram que foi devido a demanda de atendimento ocorreu isso, nem bom dia eles me deram da última vez que fui, bom atendimento não tem ali, não levarei mais meu cachorro absurdo, já estou tomando minhas providências, depois que eu escrevi pelo whats que um Desculpa resolveria , eles decidiram pedir , se nao nem isso eles nao diriam, absurddoooooo !!!!!!!!

Já utilizei o serviço veterinário por duas vezes e nas duas a Dra Lia foi super atenciosa, cuidou mto bem da minha pet e se mostrou disponível com as minhas dúvidas e preocupações. Amo e recomendo o local!
I have a cat of 2 years and 8 months, very fearful and they serve her very well, always engaged and on time. I have already used the veterinary service twice and both times Dr. Lia was super attentive, took good care of my pet and was available with my doubts and concerns. I love and recommend the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar de péssima qualidade. Levei meu cachorro lá e ele voltou SUPER DOENTE. Eles não avisaram que tinham feito coisa errada. descobri dias depois. Gastei uma fortuna no veterinário. Vai correr o risco de levar seu cachorro, que é quase um filho em um lugar que vai maltratar ele? Pense bem.
Poor quality place. I took my dog there and he came back SUPER SICK. They did not report that they had done wrong. I found out days later. I spent a fortune at the vet. Are you going to risk taking your dog, who is almost a child in a place that will mistreat him? Think carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira e última vez que levo meu cachorro lá....não sei se eles deixam qualquer um tosar o cachorro ....meu cachorro voltou com a pele cheia de marcas de tosa ..e uma ferida que parece ter sido feita a tesoura , sem falar que nem as patas do cachorro tosaram direito ...
PESSSIMO .
The first and last time I take my dog there....I don't know if they let anyone shave the dog....my dog came back with a skin full of shaving marks ..and a wound that looks like it was made from scissors, not to mention that not even the dog's paws shaved properly...
TERRIBLE.
