★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em Palmas a 20 anos, e nunca tive problemas com empresa alguma, ate o momento onde por infelicidade levei minha moto nessa empresa para uma simples troca de óleo mas infelizmente quando busquei meu ganha pao percebi q o escapamento estava quebrando, quando questionei o dono soBre o ocorrido fui totalmente mal tratado como se eu fosse um noia qualquer na rua. Enfim, deixo aki registrado a minha frustração. Se vc estiver precisando de serviços para sua moto, passe longe desse lugar pois farão o msm comigo, vc leva seu sonho pra uma mecânica simples e a empresa de propósito quebra sua moto e tem a cara de pau de te cobrar o concerto q eles msm quebraram. Eu ja fui no procon e vou entrar com um processo. Nao vao me fazer de palhaço, vou cobrar meus direitos. Fica a dica, evitem esse lugar.
I have lived in Palmas for 20 years, and I have never had any problems with any company, until the moment when, unfortunately, I took my motorcycle to that company for a simple oil change, but unfortunately when I sought my earnings I realized that the exhaust was breaking, when I questioned the owner about what happened was totally mistreated as if I were a random stranger on the street. Anyway, I leave my frustration registered here. If you are in need of services for your bike, go far away from this place because they will do the msm with me, you take your dream to a simple mechanic and the company on purpose breaks your bike and has the nerve to charge you for the concert they msm broke. I've already been to procon and I'm going to file a lawsuit. I'm not going to make a clown, I'm going to claim my rights. Here's a tip, avoid this place.

Nunca mais volto nesse lugar, e nem índigo, se o dono for quem eu tô pensando ,muito despreocupado com os clientes , n me deu nenhuma satisfação, ainda por cima fui pra tentar acabar com um problema na minha moto ,veio foi pior do q tava, n ,o pior msm é o funcionário q queria mentir pra mim sobre um problema q eles mesmo criaram na minha moto,ignorância total, n tem clareza nas palavras , transparências nós serviços, péssimo msm. N recebi nem um pedido de desculpas, peguei minha moto pior do q estava ,Mais é assim msm ,quem anda fazendo maus feitos aq na terra n vai muito longe n. Só espero q ninguém passe pelo q eu passei. Esperei 2 dias para ver se tinha algum resultado, ou melhor 3 dias, na segunda feira ,passei o dia mandando mensagem,para q ,quando estivesse pronta me avisasse para mim ir buscar mais mantinha nenhum retorno, cheguei lá a moto estava do msm jeito , depois um ignorante lá veio tentar me dizer q eu estava errado e q a moto jabestava daquele jeito, q o erro n tinha sido deles, e depois só colocaram um veda roscas lá , e tchau ,somente ,e a moto ainda continua do msm jeito . *HORRÍVEL..NÃO INDICO JAMAIS..!!* PÉSSIMO SERIA POUCO PARA ESSE LUGAR.
Horrible . I'll never go back to this place, and not even indigo, if the owner is who I'm thinking, very carefree with customers, didn't give me any satisfaction, on top of that I went to try to solve a problem with my bike, it came was worse than I was, n, the worst thing is the employee who wanted to lie to me about a problem they created on my motorcycle, total ignorance, no clarity in words, transparency in the services, really bad. I didn't even receive an apology, I took my bike worse than it was, but that's how it is, whoever is doing bad deeds here on earth doesn't go very far. I just hope no one goes through what I went through. I waited 2 days to see if there were any results, or rather 3 days, on Monday, I spent the day sending a message, so that when she was ready she would let me know so I could go get it but there was no return, I got there the bike was the same way , then an ignorant guy came to try to tell me that I was wrong and that the bike was already like that, that the mistake was not theirs, and then they just put a thread seal there, and bye, only, and the bike is still the same way. *HORRIBLE..I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER..!!* TERRIBLE IT WOULD BE LITTLE FOR THIS PLACE.
