★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 04/02/2017 - Hoje, assim como em todas as vezes que venho aos sábados fazer a manutenção de aparelho, o paciente é tratado com total descaso. São marcados os pacientes de 30 em 30 minutos. Fico sempre com o horário de 8:30h, sem escolha. Chego sempre antes do meu horário e nunca sou atendida no meu horário. A clínica abre às 8h e atendem pessoas da mesma família nesse período, se a doutora conseguisse atendê-los em 1/2hora, OK, mas não, atende os 3 como se cada um estivesse em um horário, enquanto os pacientes dos próximos horários aguardam sem poder falar nada. Já reclamei e não houve solução. Minha primeira atitude será aqui, vamos ver!
2017/02/04 - Today, as every time I come on Saturday to maintain the appliance, the patient is treated with total neglect. Patients are scheduled every 30 minutes. I always have the time of 8:30 pm, with no choice. I always arrive before my time and never get my appointment. The clinic opens at 8am and care for people from the same family during this period, if the doctor could attend them in 1 / 2hour, OK, but no, she meets the 3 as if each were on a time, while patients of the next hours wait unable to say anything. I already complained and there was no solution. My first attitude will be here, let's see!
