★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com horários dos médicos, hora marcada de 8:00 e chega as 10:30.. balconistas sem dar informação corretas, chegar cedo para pegar ficha rápido não tem valor nenhum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma falta de consideração enorme com as pessoas, a esperar é enorme muito lotado mesmo bem época de pandemia. Para fazer uma USG eles recomenda até 12h em jejum mais pela demora e falta de organização quando se vem fazer o exame já tem passado mais de 15h. Muita falta de respeito com os clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, pois é injusto a pessoa chega bem antes do horário pega uma ficha vai para casa e depois de muito tempo de ter sido chamado sua ficha chega e passa na frente da pessoa que chegou uma hora antes do exame. ou seja, é injusto porque tem pessoas que moram distante da cidade, e quem é da cidade se beneficia. E ainda chega algum familiar e pega a ficha para o paciente e vai embora e depois de muito tempo chega o paciente e é atendido na frente da pessoa que já estava lá, pois como o familiar já tinha pego a ficha é beneficiado.
Horrible, because it is unfair the person arrives well before the time, picks up a form, goes home and after a long time of having been called, their form arrives and passes in front of the person who arrived an hour before the exam. in other words, it is unfair because there are people who live far from the city, and whoever is from the city benefits. Para quem vem fazer exames, pode reservar a manhã toda na clínica, pois apesar da entrega das fichas ser geralmente as 7h, o atendimento geralmente so inicia depois das 9h. Para mapa por exemplo vc precisa esperar o equipamento carregar, então vc nao sai antes das 10h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção é péssimo, a espera é horrível. Falam para chegar às 07h mas só somos atendidas às 11h. Infelizmente é um dos poucos lugares que aceitam plano em Carpina

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da recepção. Total descasso e desrespeito com a hora e organização. Volta médica vc é lezado, marca e depois liga desmarcando, justifica q o médico não vai vir quando na verdade o médico está atendendo. Total desrespeito com o paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento modelo pré-histórico, passa muito tempo esperando, uma das piores coisas é emissão de nota fiscal não dar no mesmo dia, só recebe depois de 5 dias depois de muita insistência, e usa a mesma informação que o sistema de emissão de nota está com problema, e a nota não sai com data e hora do atendimento isso é péssimo. Já os médicos são excelente e faz um ótimo atendimento.
