★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, principalmente se falar que é convênio,falta passar informações aos pacientes. Fiz uma peça PARTICULAR paguei ,a peça saiu e ela simplesmente falou que a peça tinha garantia de um ano,não me falou nada na época. Péssimo lugar. Pessoas mal humoradas.
I do not recommend it, especially if you say that it is an agreement, there is a lack of information to patients. I did a PRIVATE piece, I paid, the piece came out and she simply said that the piece had a one-year warranty, she didn't say anything at the time. Bad place. Sulky people.

A impressão que eu tive é que se você está pagando eles te atendem com maior prazer mas se for por convênio te deixam esperando por mais de uma hora sem nem dar satisfação(cheguei às 16:15 já são 17:30 e ainda não fui atendida mesmo marcado para às 16:30), te tratam com descaso nem na sua cara olham. Estava até considerando começar meu tratamento com o aparelho odontológico aqui por ser próxima mas estou muito envergonhada e decepcionada com esse atendimento.
I do not recommend. The impression I had is that if you are paying they will serve you with greater pleasure but if it is by agreement they leave you waiting for more than an hour without even giving satisfaction (I arrived at 16:15 it is already 17:30 and I have not been answered yet even scheduled for 4:30 pm), they treat you with neglect or look in your face. I was even considering starting my dental treatment here because it is close but I am very ashamed and disappointed with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar minha insatisfação com clínica , primeiro vamos começar com falta de comprometimento com cliente , marquei meu procedimento não me ligaram pra falar que Dra não ia comparecer, se eu não tivesse ligado eu teria ido atoa, sem contar que liguei várias vezes e quando conseguir falar a moça pediu pra ligar depois pq ela estava liberando uma declaração a um paciente , depois falou que recepcionista não foi (até aí entendo ) mais achei estranho que ela perguntou se a consulta que marquei era particular ou plano , disse que era plano logo de cara já cancelou comigo , estranho né ? Não quer atender plano na clínica somente não trabalha mais com convênio do que ficar queimando vocês com clientes sem conta que não irão fazer nenhum procedimento de graça pagamos por isso.
Espero que tenha melhorias pois precisam urgente .
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the clinic, first let's start with the lack of commitment to the client, I scheduled my procedure, they didn't call me to say that Dr was not going to attend, if I hadn't called I would have gone for nothing, not to mention that I called several times and when being able to speak, the girl asked to call later because she was releasing a statement to a patient, then she said that the receptionist didn't go (so far I understand) but I found it strange that she asked if the appointment I booked was private or plan, she said it was plan soon he already canceled with me, strange, right? You don't want to meet the plan at the clinic, you just don't work with an agreement anymore than to be burning you with countless customers who won't do any procedure for free we pay for it.
I hope you have improvements because they need it urgently.
