★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Saulo é um excelente profissional, além de ser honesto, após sermos enganados e estorquidos ao levarmos nossa cachorrinha a um "dito veterinário", que apenas nos enrolou e cobrou uma fortuna, Dr. Saulo, além de avaliar nossa cachorrinha com muita atenção, cuidado e paciência, pois ela está muito estressada por conta do processo anterior que passou, foi muito honesto e sincero acerca do caso dela e do que ela necessitava. Super recomendo os serviços dele, é um profissional de excelência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já 2 essoas comentaram comigo que entraram em contato com o Dr. Saulo através do whatsapp e o mesmo não responde! Inclusive eu fui uma delas agora recentemente. É um bom profissional, mas ultimamente tem deixado a desejar, falta de respeito com os clientes, poderia ao menos responder nem que fosse pra dizer que não está disponível! Assim pelo menos já iríamos procurar outro profissional ao invés de ficar aguardando ele responder. Falei com ele na sexta feira, 23/10/2020 as 7:15 da manhã, inclusive ele estava online, hoje já é segunda feira, 26/10/2020, 11:20 da manhã, e não obtive nenhuma resposta! Se eu tivesse ficado aguardando uma resposta minha cachorra ainda estaria doente sem ter iniciado nenhum tratamento!
2 people already commented to me that they contacted Dr. Saulo through whatsapp and he doesn't answer! I was even one of them now recently. He is a good professional, but lately he has left something to be desired, lack of respect for customers, he could at least answer even if it were to say that he is not available! So at least we would already look for another professional instead of waiting for him to respond. I spoke to him on Friday, 10/23/2020 at 7:15 am, even he was online, today is already Monday, 10/26/2020, 11:20 am, and I didn't get any answer! If I had been waiting for an answer my dog would still be sick without having started any treatment!

Very bad service, no one answers the phone, no one answers whats and on Saturdays it closes at noon…
