Very satisfied. I was promptly assisted by the team, I didn't wait more than 10 minutes. Everyone was very kind, from the receptionist, the doctor and the radiology technician.

Great service, but the place is too hot. There is no air conditioning in some rooms, and the one in the waiting room only ventilates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe médica muito boa mas as recepcionistas são muito atrapalhadas e demoram muito para fazer a ficha. Mais de 1 hora esperando para fazer uma ficha e não tinha esse volume grande de pacientes não. Estão precisando se reciclar e caoacitar.
Very good medical staff but the receptionists are very clumsy and take a long time to do the form. More than 1 hour waiting to file a record and there was not this large volume of patients. They need to recycle and heal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da falta de comunicação da recepção vom o médico. Liguei antes de ir para saber se passava cartão a recepcionista falou que sim. Quando faço a ficha e vou passar o cartão ela diz que não passa pq o médico não tem maquineta. Como assim? Quase que falei daqui só vou sair depois quee atender e arrumem uma maquineta. Minha filha com o joelho e pé machucado. E o médico não deu nem cartaz, tipo não posso fazer nada. Enfim, vamos melhorar clinica clinor. Liguei para a clinica do centro e do Manaira para saber e ainda perguntei 2 vezes para confirmar se a maquineta estava na clinica
E fui para o manaira amei o atendimento lá.
I didn't like the lack of communication from reception to the doctor. I called before going to see if there was a card, the receptionist said yes. When I make the form and I go to pass the card she says that it doesn't pass because the doctor doesn't have a machine. Like this? I almost said I'm only going out of here after I answer and get a contraption. My daughter with a bruised knee and foot. And the doctor didn't even give a sign, like I can't do anything. Anyway, let's improve clinic clinor. I called the clinic in the center and Manaira to find out and I even asked 2 times to confirm if the contraption was in the clinic
And I went to manaira, I loved the service there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na unidade bancários dia 27/05/22 para comprar um imobilizador de pé para meu esposo, a atendente super grossa mal olhou na minha cara e mandou ir em outra sala, o rapaz do raio x foi super atencioso e resolveu o problema, até na hora de pagar a recepcionista super mal educada como seu eu tivesse pedindo favor! Ela não me deu a mínima atenção!!! Não recomendo as recepcionistas!!! Tanta gente desempregada deveriam trocar a equipe!!! Fica a dica !!!
