Minha sobrinha fez uma consulta com o médica daí, Dr. Alexandre e não durou 3min. ja achei estranho aí... posteriormente quando o óculos chegou ela afirmou nao conseguir enxergar, voltamos na clinotica e mais uma vez o dr agiu de forma nada profissional e extremamente negligente. Afirmou ele que nao tinha culpa pq o grau estava correto. Fomos para Natal, quando chegamos, ela fez uma consulta com o oftalmologista de la e ele diagnosticou q ela nao tem 50% da visão. detalhe: o médico de Natal usou o mesmo aparelho que o médico da clinotica. Meus amigos e familiares nao frequentam mais este local despreparado!
Disappointing! My niece made an appointment with the doctor there, Dr. Alexandre and it didn't last 3 minutes. I already found it strange there... later when the glasses arrived she said she couldn't see, we went back to the clinic and once again the dr acted in an unprofessional and extremely negligent way. He stated that he was not to blame because the grade was correct. We went to Natal, when we arrived, she made an appointment with her ophthalmologist and he diagnosed that she doesn't have 50% of her vision. detail: the doctor from Natal used the same device as the doctor at the clinic. My friends and family no longer attend this place unprepared!
