Hoje dia 31/01/2017 consegui marcar uma consulta com o ortopedista nessa clínica tentando desde a semana passada porém, nãaaaaaao gostei do atendimento. Gostaria de marcar o último horário previsto para 09/02 ás 17:30 horas e fui informada que não posso( oiiiiiiii??????)isso mesmo não posso, preciso ficar ligando todos os dias até conseguir acertar o dia e hora que estará disponível o último horário( quase que acertar os números da Loteria então falei: Nunca vi nem ouvi isso na minha vida e o atendente me informou que são ordens do médico e que precisa ser marcado na sequência da ligação nem dia, nem horário o paciente pode escolher absolutamente ridicúlo, a primeira impressão é a que fica e foi a pior. Resumindo liguei em outra clínica e fui super atendida e a instituição respeitando meus horários compatíveis. para acompanha minha mãe nas consultas.

I would like to set the last scheduled time for 02/09 at 17:30 hours and was informed that I can not (oiiiiiiii ??????) that's right I can not, need to be calling every day until I can set the day and time that the last time will be available (almost hit the lottery numbers so I said: I have never seen or heard this in my life and the attendant informed me that these are doctor's orders and that it needs to be scheduled following the call neither day nor time the patient you can choose absolutely ridiculous, the first impression is the one that gets worse and worse. In short I called another clinic and was very well attended and the institution respecting my compatible schedules to accompany my mother to the appointments.

O atendimento do médico pra o exame oteunorologico foi excelente.
Mas o exame foi feito pela metade.
Pois estava em manutenção.
As escadas bem estreitas vi pessoas de idade sem aguentar subir.
Eu mesmo fiquei mal pra subir com problemas de coluna.
Tinha que avisar que lá é assim.
Pois evitaria pessoas com problemas irem.

But the exam was half done.
Because it was under maintenance.
The very narrow stairs saw old people unable to climb.
I myself felt bad to go up with spinal problems.
