★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos falam da mesma boca sobre o mau atendimento da dra Laila. Trabalha com raiva, não examina a criança e prescreve aleatoriamente. O hospital deveria tomar providências. Parabéns para dra Sarah, mesmo lotado, tem agilidade, examina de verdade e sabe o que está fazendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase todos os pediatras são bons, principalmente o Dr Patrício. Ele é muito legal e atende super bem!!! Agora tem uma médica lá que é só a misericórdia. O atendimento é péssimo, horrível mesmo. Eu só levo meu filho pra ela numa precisão muito grande. O nome dela é Sylvia. Essa, eu gravei o nome pq não tem condições de tão chata que ela é. Toda vez que preciso levar meu filho lá, ligo antes pra saber qual o médico que está dando plantão no dia, pq quando é o dia dessa médica, já vou com o psicológico preparado. Agora o Dr Patrício é tranquilo, ele é o oposto dela.

Tbm tem uma médica lá que parece que tá trabalhando de graça. Só pode. Atende de forma super chata e da última vez que levei meu filho, ela não avaliou direitinho e no outro dia precisei levar ele novamente ao hospital, com febre e precisando se internar! Agora imagina se tivesse acontecido algo com meu filho? Quem iria perder era a gente, e não, ela! Seu nome é Drª Carmen
Almost all pediatricians are good, especially Dr Patricio. He is very nice and does a great job!!! Now there's a doctor there who is just mercy. The service is terrible, horrible. I only take my son to her with great precision. Her name is Sylvia. This one, I recorded the name because it can't be so boring as it is. Every time I need to take my son there, I call beforehand to find out which doctor is on duty on the day, because when it's that doctor's day, I go with the psychological prepared. Now Dr Patricio is calm, he is the opposite of her.

There is also a doctor there who seems to be working for free. only can. She is super annoying and the last time I took my son, she didn't evaluate properly and the other day I had to take him to the hospital again, with a fever and needing to be hospitalized! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pediatra Laila Clea é uma ignorante, não tem a menor empatia pela criança e nem pelos pais, já tive o desprazer de ir a duas urgências com meu filho e ela quem estava atendendo, trata a criança como se fosse um bicho, completamente ignorante. Da última vez sai de lá chorando me sentindo completamente frustrada por culpa de uma médica desumana como ela.
Pediatrician Laila Clea is ignorant, she doesn't have the slightest empathy for the child or the parents, I've had the displeasure of going to two emergency rooms with my son and she, who was attending, treats the child as if he were an animal, completely ignorant. Last time I left there crying feeling completely frustrated because of an inhuman doctor like her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei porque eles não disponibilizam o laudo no site para ser baixado. As pessoas de outra cidade, e até da própria Campina, têm que se deslocar, gastar, perder tempo, só pra buscar um papel. Em que tempo esse hospital está? Hoje em dia não falta tecnologia nem mão de obra pra fazer um site de respeito, que possa dar mais assistência e conforto aos pacientes.
I didn't like it because they don't make the report available on the site to be downloaded. People from another city, and even from Campina itself, have to travel, spend, waste time, just to get a piece of paper. How old is this hospital? Nowadays, there is no lack of technology or manpower to make a website of respect, which can provide more assistance and comfort to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento SUPEER demorado, é demorado pra fazer ficha, e pra ser atendido pelo médico nem se fala... Das 3x que precisei nunca passei menos de 4h esperando...
As escalas médica funcionam com um buraco de no min 1h de um médico pra outro ...
Na enfermaria particular, não tem travesseiros pra acompanhante nem paciente... O berço é de ferro todo enferrujado...
Tem um ou outro médico bom mas tem uns que não escuta nem o que a gente fala...
Eu sinceramente estou traumatizada desse hospital, saindo daqui vou dar entrada num plano estadual prós meus filhos pq infelizmente campina grande não tem hospital infantil.
Tenho inúmeras outras coisas pra reclamar...

In the private ward, there are no pillows for the companion or patient... The crib is all rusty iron...

I'm honestly traumatized at this hospital, leaving here I'm going to file a state plan for my children because unfortunately campina grande doesn't have a children's hospital.
I have many other things to complain about...
