Resultado:
Estava com batidas na parte da frente do carro, troquei amortecedor por causa da análise deles e continuou o barulho...
Ele condenou o amortecedor novo porque os auxiliares falaram que os outros componentes questionados por ele estava tudo perfeito, falou que iria entrar na garantia e trocar a referida peça.
Fui em outro mecânico no qual este me informou que o amortecedor estava em perfeito estado, é o problema era uma ribeleta estourada, ao trocar o barulho acabou completamente.
Simples assim!

I went into another mechanic in which this one informed me that the damper was in perfect condition, it was the problem was a burst of ribbons, when changing the noise completely finished.
Simple as that!
