★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor clinica e atendimento completo. Levei meu cachorro na emergência e ele foi muito bem atendido. O veterinário fez os exames e o resultado já saiu na hora, fez as medicações e ele já está bem. Recomendo demais!!!
 Best clinic and full service. I took my dog to the emergency room and he was very well taken care of. The vet did the exams and the result came out on time, he did the medication and he is already well. I highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Avaliem bem antes de levarem seus pets pra esse lugar. Hoje deixei meu pet para tomar banho e ele está tomando uma medicação. Levei a medicação e pedi pra administrarem. Quando cheguei em casa percebi que não deram. Outro ponto negativo foi com relação ao banho, pois quando fui marcar a atendente especificou um horário, e ao chegar era por ordem de chegada.

Another negative point was in relation to the bath, because when I went to make an appointment, the attendant specified a time, and when I arrived it was in order of arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi horrível cheguei lá com minha filha morrendo no sábado aí em vez delis salvala não queriam saber primeiramente do pagamento foi humilhante pra mim desesperada minha bebê pedindo socorro eu não podia sai na quela hora pois o cartão que eu arrumei estaria no crato Elis não confiaram em eu i busca queriam na queli momento o pagamento. Pra resumi minha filha morreu porque demorou demais odeio vocês odeio mesmo
It was horrible I got there with my daughter dying on Saturday then instead delis salvala didn't want to know about the payment first it was humiliating for me desperate my baby asking for help I couldn't leave at that time because the card I got would be in the crato Elis they didn't trust me i search wanted at that time the payment. To sum it up my daughter died because it took too long I hate you I really hate it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internei meu gato no sábado e ele faleceu na segunda. Na segunda, quando cheguei, já estava morto. Me disseram que não conseguiram me ligar no fim de semana (não há registro algum no meu celular) e quando indaguei sobre o whatsapp (no qual mandei mensagem no Sábado, sem resposta) falaram "só funciona de segunda e a sexta". Quem QUER comunicar a um tutor que o animal está morrendo para dar tempo de se despedir ABRE O WHATASPP E AVISA. Ninguém me ligou o fim de semana inteiro, isso é mentira deles. Na segunda mesmo foram me contatar pelo whatsapp em horário comercial mesmo com meu gato tendo dado sinais a madrugada inteira que ia morrer, como se o animal fosse esperar... Entendo protocolos de atendimento, mas em casos assim, deve haver atendimento humanizado. Não me deram a chance de escolher pela eutanásia, de me despedir, e ainda tive que ouvir do veterinário que ele provavelmente sentiu dor no fim de semana. Na guia com a relação dos gatos, nenhum remédio para dor foi ministrado. Para entregar o corpo, combinaram as 15hs, foram aparecer aqui as 17:30hs. Estrutura muito bonita, atendente Sr. Italo muito solicito enquanto eu me desesperava de chorar. Sobre os outros funcionários não tenho nada de positivo para dizer. Não recomendo.

Who WANTS to communicate to a tutor that the animal is dying to give time to say goodbye OPEN WHATASPP AND WARN. Nobody called me all weekend, that's their lie. On Monday, they contacted me via whatsapp during business hours, even though my cat had given signs all morning that it was going to die, as if the animal was going to wait... I understand service protocols, but in cases like this, there must be humanized care. I was not given the chance to choose euthanasia, to say goodbye, and I still had to hear from the vet that he was probably in pain over the weekend. In the tab with the relationship of cats, no pain medication was given. To deliver the body, they agreed at 3 pm, they showed up here at 5:30 pm. Very beautiful structure, attendant Mr. Italo very solicitous while I despaired of crying. I have nothing positive to say about the other employees. I do not recommend.
