Our Story
30 Years of industry experience…
Cropping into the story, Closer was born from the merging of two minds, each with their own vision and experience. Paul Archer from the photography world & Bruno Rodrigues grew from advertising, beginning his career at F/nazca Saatchi & Saatchi.
Together they combine 30 years experience in the industry, having first met in London retouching for Mario Testino. Working as part of the team helped them become comfortable working under the pressures of global campaigns for brands such as Burberry, Versace & Michael Kors to name a few. It’s this shared experience that forged the backbone of Closer, an ability to retain creativity under pressure whilst delivering a highly professional service.
It’s a synergy that started in London and spread through Los Angeles, New York and now Brazil, a journey that saw them work for other leading names in the industry including David LaChapelle + David Sims to mention a few.
