Uma das peças que comprei jeans soltou o botão, ai a moça do caixa morena magrinha disse VOCÊ VIU SE JÁ ESTAVA ASSIM QUANDO VC COMPROU, respondi foi vc quem estava no caixa da outra vez e conferiu, fiquei muito instisfeita com o atendimento.
falei com a dona e efetuou a troca.
AhTem uma vendedora loira alta que é pegajosa, a magrinha morena do caixa também é antipática.
A única que me atendeu bem foi a vendedora Juliana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu super gosto da empresa em si, tem várias peças e produtos que valem realmente muito pena a compra, tem também a organização visual em si que vale muito a pena conhecer, até em outros departamentos tais como Infantil, masculino, feminino entre outros! Realmente eu espero que vocês gostem do local porque eu mesmo, eu amo, vamos já conhecer, além de Quer seja em um lançamento de produto, na gestão de um portfólio, ou em sua trajetória de carreira na clothes, acho que ter uma mente aberta, ser flexível e manter um espírito aberto vai ajudar você a ir longe no que quer que você faça!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem, dia 13/12/2018, fui na Clotthes, toda animada para comprar minhas roupas de fim de ano.
Ao chegar na loja, percebo que há poucas clientes e observo se alguma vendedora virá me atender, nenhuma aparece, então vou olhar as roupas.
Pouco tempo depois, vou procurar por uma vendedora e me aparece uma que se identificou como Adriana.
Me mostrou umas peças, mas de longe pude sentir sua má vontade em me atender.
Peguei 6 peças, mas nenhuma deu certo. Enquanto isso, no provador do lado, havia uma vendedora dando a maior assistência para a cliente. Foi quando pedi ajuda e ela perguntou "quem está te atendendo?" E respondi "Adriana, mas..." Antes mesmo de terminar a fala, ela mesma reconheceu "Ela nao está te atendendo né?!"
Ela disse que eu não me preocupasse, pois agora seria atendida.
Saí do provador e a Adriana então aparece como quem está disposta a ajudar, me levando até as roupas, mas sua má vontade ainda é nítida e reafirmada pelos seus sumiços.
Fui para o provador, dessa vez com 8 peças, e duas deram certo. Tais peças que eu mesma montei.
Fiquei refletindo em qual seria o motivo de estar sendo tratada daquela forma, tendo em vista que haviam poucas clientes na loja. Será que é por que sou nova e vestida de forma simples, o que poderia comprar? Aos olhos de quem me atendeu.
A vendedora da cliente do lado, mais uma vez percebeu a situação e antes mesmo que eu saísse do provador, pegou meu número.
Chateada com o ocorrido, apenas me dirigi ao caixa, não havia mais razão para insistir, nenhuma roupa vale o ultraje acontecido. Chegando lá, a atendente passou as duas peças e disse "deu 115. Só parcelamos esse valor em 3x." Ora, mas ela já sabia a forma de pagamento? Pelo visto não, era apenas mais um julgamento, já que paguei à vista.
E constatei não só por isso, mas por já ser cliente da Clotthes e saber que, assim como em qualquer outro estabelecimento, se pergunta a forma de pagamento primeiro, para aí sim dizer qualquer informação como esta.
Saí decepcionada com o atendimento! Nunca imaginei que uma loja que trabalha justamente com moda, teria o pensamento retrógado de que idade ou roupa define poder de compra.
Yesterday, 12/13/2018, I went to Clotthes, all excited to buy my holiday clothes.
When I arrive at the store, I notice that there are few customers and I observe if any salespersons come to meet me, none of them appear, so I go to look at the clothes.
A short time later, I go to look for a saleswoman and one appears who identified herself as Adriana.
He showed me some pieces, but from a distance I could feel his unwillingness to attend to me.
I got 6 pieces, but none worked. Meanwhile, in the dressing room next door, there was a saleswoman giving the customer the greatest assistance. That's when I asked for help and she asked "who is taking care of you?" And I replied "Adriana, but..." Even before finishing the speech, she recognized "She's not taking care of you, right?!"
She told me not to worry as I would now be taken care of.
I left the dressing room and Adriana then appears as someone who is willing to help, taking me to the clothes, but her ill will is still clear and reaffirmed by her disappearances.
I went to the dressing room, this time with 8 pieces, and two worked. Such pieces that I assembled myself.
I kept thinking about why I was being treated that way, given that there were few customers in the store. Is it because I'm new and simply dressed, what could I buy? In the eyes of those who attended me.
The salesperson of the client next door, once again noticed the situation and even before I left the dressing room, she took my number.
Upset with what had happened, I just went to the cashier, there was no longer any reason to insist, no clothes are worth the outrage that happened. Once there, the attendant passed the two pieces and said "it was 115. We only split this amount in 3 installments." Well, but did she already know how to pay? Apparently not, it was just another trial, since I paid cash.
And I noticed not only because of that, but because I'm already a Clotthes customer and I know that, as in any other establishment, you ask for the form of payment first, so I can say any information like this.
I left disappointed with the service! I never imagined that a store that works precisely with fashion would have the backward thinking that age or clothing defines purchasing power.
