★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após ser diagnosticado com depressão e ansiedade fui incentivado a fazer exercícios físicos por conta dos benefícios que trás a saúde, muitos não sabem, mas um dos benefícios é a liberação do hormônio de endorfina (hormônio da felicidade) que ajuda a combater a depressão, diante de tudo isso encontrei a Club013 informei sobre a minha situação, eles fizeram um treino de acordo com a minha necessidade e vem me auxiliando desde então.
Algumas coisas que pude observar na club013 desde que entrei são os equipamentos novos, higienização após a utilização dos exercícios, um ambiente agradável e organizado com professores atenciosos e capacitados !
 After being diagnosed with depression and anxiety, I was encouraged to exercise because of the benefits it brings to health, many do not know, but one of the benefits is the release of the endorphin hormone (happiness hormone) that helps fight depression. From all this I found Club013 informed about my situation, they did a training according to my need and have been helping me ever since.
Some things I could see at club013 since I joined are the new equipment, cleaning after using the exercises, a pleasant and organized environment with attentive and trained teachers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completei 2 meses na academia 013 e depois de anos consegui achar uma academia com uma ótima instrutora como a Amanda, sempre prestativa e dando apoio a cada exercício e sempre se preocupando se estamos nos sentindo bem. Estou muito satisfeita com a minha evolução nesses 2 meses.
I completed 2 months at the 013 gym and after years I managed to find a gym with a great instructor like Amanda, always helpful and supportive with each exercise and always worrying if we are feeling well. I am very satisfied with my evolution in these 2 months.

Desde a recepção até os treinadores. Super amigáveis, acompanhando meu treino, e sempre esclarecendo minhas dúvidas. Eu Gostei demais!
I loved it! For me, it was the best gym I've ever been to. It's a small place, but it's a 10 in many big gyms, because I felt super welcomed by everyone. From the reception to the coaches. Super friendly, following my training, and always clarifying my doubts. I liked it a lot!
