★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles só não tem compromisso de cumprir com o contratado. Já me matriculei duas vezes. Na segunda firmei o contrato de 12 meses. No quarto mês tive que abandonar. Pra receber o estorno do meu cartão de crédito está sendo uma novela. Não gostam de fazer o estorno. Tive até a impressão que a academia está falindo e acabei aceitando a proposta que me fizeram de fazer o estorno de maneira parcelada. Todos os meses eu tenho que ficar dando viagem em vão. Tinha acertado comigo que eu iria receber essas parcelas todo dia 12, mas só recebo atrasado e mesmo assim depois que vou cobrar. É vergonhoso pra empresa e uma chateação pra mim. Minha conversa agora será no Procon. Aconselho aos futuros clientes que não firmem contrato de anualidade. Não entrem nesta fria.
They just don't have a commitment to comply with the contractor. I've already enrolled twice. On Monday I signed the 12-month contract. In the fourth month I had to leave. To get my credit card chargeback is being a soap opera. They don't like to do the chargeback. I even had the impression that the academy is going bankrupt and I ended up accepting the proposal they made me to pay back in installments. Every month I have to go on a trip in vain. I had agreed with me that I would receive these installments every 12th, but I only get paid late and even then I will collect them. It's shameful for the company and a pain for me. My conversation will now be on Procon. I advise future clients who do not sign an annuality contract. Don't get into this cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom fui aluno durante mais de 1 ano da academia e a única coisa que salva são os instrutores, por que a administração não está nem aí para os alunos ... Não passaram a informação sobre a suspensão do contrato para viagem , ar condicionados não prestam há mais de 1 ano , aparelhos com estofados rasgados ou inexistente , espelhos manchados e ainda conseguiram piorar o calor abrindo uma sacada no lado poente da academia fazendo com que o sol fique todo na parte aeróbica. Mal espero fevereiro para acabar meu contrato , pq pela experiência do amigo abaixo estorno tá mais para estorvo.
Só atualizando em 18/02/2022 , a academia é tão incompetente e não tem controle algum sobre os alunos que até hoje me mandam msg perguntando o porque que parei de treinar.
Enfim se voce só quiser ser mais um numero a gastar dinheiro nesse lixo de academia, tente a sorte!
Well, I was a student for more than 1 year at the academy and the only thing that saves are the instructors, because the administration doesn't care about the students... They didn't give the information about the suspension of the contract for travel, air conditioning doesn't work for more than 1 year, machines with torn or non-existent upholstery, stained mirrors and even managed to worsen the heat by opening a balcony on the west side of the gym making the sun stay all in the aerobic part. I can't wait for February to finish my contract, because from the experience of the friend below, the chargeback is more of a hindrance.
Just updating on 02/18/2022, the gym is so incompetent and has no control over the students that to this day send me a message asking why I stopped training.
Anyway, if you just want to be another number to spend money on this gym junk, try your luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto demais da Club, acho todos os instrutores muito simpáticos e atenciosos, principalmente o Márcio, Júlio, Thiago, Gil e Jacaré. As meninas da recepção são muito gentis e agradáveis. Também gosto muito da estrutura e maquinário. Só acho que o preço é muito salgado (pago 130) e deveria não aumentar mais, por uns anos, pelo menos.
I really like the Club, I think all the instructors are very friendly and attentive, especially Márcio, Júlio, Thiago, Gil and Jacaré. The girls at the reception are very kind and pleasant. I also really like the structure and machinery. I just think the price is too steep (I paid 130) and it shouldn't go up any more, for a few years, at least.
