★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma película de vidro 3d para meu cel nesta empresa e no dia seguinte a película caiu do vidro do cel, voltei no dia seguinte na empresa para relatar o fato é fui muito mal atendida, a atendente 1 mulher e 1 homem me disseram que isso era impossível de acontecer, que eles colaram direito porém não foi o que aconteceu...sem que eu tivesse nenhum tipo de esforço a película desgrudou da tela...não sou criança para voltar em uma loja 24 horas depois para reclamar de algo que realmente não tinha acontecido, em nenhum momento pedi meu dinheiro de volta só gostaria de esclarecer o ocorrido e verificar o que a loja poderia fazer, não me deram nenhum tipo de opção, muito pelo o contrário me acusaram de ter arrancado a película duvidando da minha palavra como consumidora, não preciso graças a deus brigar por conta de r$ 30.00 muito diga por sinal, muito mal gasto, em uma empresa que provavelmente sonegam impostos pois em nenhum momento me forneceram NF, tenho como comprovar minha compra pois passei no meu cartão de débito...Empresa Sem cuidado algum com o cliente, vou procurar todos os meus direitos pois acredito que essa empresa use de má fé com outros clientes assim como fizeram comigo.

Company Without any care for the customer, I will seek all my rights because I believe that this company uses in bad faith with other customers just as they did with me.
