★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar de ambiente familiar e agradável, funcionários do clube e do bar super atenciosos. Áreas de lazer muito bem cuidadas e limpas. Com quiosques com churrasqueira e pia confortável, piscinas, saunas, quadras de futebol de campo, futsal, vôlei e basquete. Academia ao ar livre, playground. Muitas árvores frondosas que proporcionam muita sombra para quem não quer fazer nada também simplesmente estender um lençol no chão e dar um cochilo gostoso.
 Place with a familiar and pleasant atmosphere, super attentive club and bar staff. Recreation areas very well maintained and clean. With kiosks with barbecue and comfortable sink, swimming pools, saunas, soccer, futsal, volleyball and basketball courts. Outdoor gym, playground. Lots of leafy trees that provide lots of shade for those who don't want to do anything also just spread a sheet on the ground and take a nice nap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar registrado aqui minha indignação com o presidente do clube, sou sócia e frequentadora a 12 anos junto da minha família e sempre fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionários e frequentadores. Esse clube sempre foi uma extensão de nossas casas, parecia realmente uma família e quem frequenta a tempo e os funcionários antigos ( os quais são raros ultimamente) tem amor verdadeiro pelo lugar. Na sexta feira 14/01, estive lá com minha família, não tinha porteiro na piscina para averiguar carteirinhas , entrava quem quisesse, da maneira que quisesse e nas condições de saúde que estivesse, nem salva vidas, ou seja, absolutamente ninguém.
Voltei no sábado, minhas filhas entraram na piscina, a qual já tinha porteiro e salva vidas eu fiquei olhando pelo lado de fora, já que estava em dias inapropriados para entrar na piscina, a salva vidas informou as minhas filhas que só poderiam permanecer lá junto de um adulto. Entendo perfeitamente, entrei e avisei o porteiro que só acompanharia as minhas filhas, não entraria na piscina, o mesmo falou que eu deveria tomar uma ducha, eu insisti que a pedido da salva vidas teria que entrar para acompanhar mas não usaria a piscina, por isso não ia me trocar e tomar a ducha.
Passados 20 minutos chegou o presidente do clube, meu esposo estava sentado ao lado da portaria e ouviu quando ele instruiu o porteiro que me deixasse entrar e depois fizesse um B.O contra mim.
Agora me expliquem, eu por entrar NA ÁREA da piscina sem tomar ducha e estar de trajes de banho, a pedido da salva vidas para olhar minhas filhas e em dias que não me sentiria confortável usar biquini receberia um B.O. e na sexta feira onde não havia ninguém nem pra verificar carteirinhas, podendo fazer uso da piscina pessoas com doenças transmissíveis? E o salva vidas durante a semana? As regras só valem para uns?
Agora entendo a alta rotatividade, os semblantes tristes e preocupados dos funcionários desse clube a que tanto amo, pois vivenciei na pele o constrangimento, a desumanidade , falta de empatia e compreensão e o autoritarismo da gestão que nele está.
I want to register here my indignation with the president of the club, I have been a partner and frequenter for 12 years with my family and we were always very well received by the employees and regulars. This club has always been an extension of our homes, it really felt like a family and the regulars and the old staff (which are rare these days) have a real love for the place. On Friday 01/14, I was there with my family, there was no doorman at the pool to check cards, anyone could enter, however they wanted and in whatever health condition they were, nor lifeguards, that is, absolutely no one.
I came back on Saturday, my daughters went into the pool, which already had a doorman and a lifeguard I was looking from the outside, as it was on inappropriate days to enter the pool, the lifeguard informed my daughters that they could only stay there together of an adult. I understand perfectly, I went in and told the doorman that I would only accompany my daughters, I would not enter the pool, he said that I should take a shower, I insisted that at the request of the lifeguard I would have to go in to accompany but I would not use the pool, for that wasn't going to change me and shower.
After 20 minutes the president of the club arrived, my husband was sitting next to the concierge and listened when he instructed the doorman to let me in and then make a B.O against me.
Now explain to me, for entering the pool area without taking a shower and wearing a bathing suit, at the request of the lifeguard to look at my daughters and on days that I would not feel comfortable wearing a bikini I would receive a B.O. and on Fridays when there was no one to check their cards, and people with communicable diseases could use the pool? And the lifesaver during the week? Do the rules only apply to some?
Now I understand the high turnover, the sad and worried faces of the employees of this club that I love so much, because I experienced firsthand the embarrassment, inhumanity, lack of empathy and understanding and the authoritarianism of the management that is in it.
