★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com a club car há mais ou menos 2 anos e meio. Meu carro deu sinistro, tudo foi resolvido exatamente como está no contrato. A galera que reclama talvez porque fica na expectativa de um contrato igual com seguradora empresa. E não é a mesma coisa. Nunca tive nenhum surpresa desde o início, a club car sempre me deixou ciente de todos os detalhes por meio de contrato. Fui muito bem amparado pela Kellen e as outras meninas da equipe de atendimento (todas um doce de menina, muito educadas e atenciosas), tanto é que já adentrei no meu segundo contrato com eles. Recomendo!
 I've been with the club car for about 2 and a half years. My car was in an accident, everything was resolved exactly as it is in the contract. The people who complain maybe because they expect an equal contract with an insurance company. And it's not the same. I never had any surprises from the beginning, the club car always made me aware of all the details through the contract. I was very well supported by Kellen and the other girls on the customer service team (all of them were a sweet girl, very polite and attentive), so much so that I entered my second contract with them. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de 2 anos de associação e a primeira vez q precisei usar, está demorando mais de meses para arrumar meu carro, marca um dia depois não respondem tem q ficar ligando,remarcam a data para entregar meu carro e nada! MT enrolação e descaso com cliente não indico para ninguém!!
Fora a burocracia e a demora para começar a dar andamento no processo, mesmo fazendo pix na hora q foi solicitado,demoraram quase 2dias para estar conferindo o recebimento e continuar o andamento do processo...
More than 2 years of association and the first time I needed to use it, it's taking more than months to fix my car, schedule a day after they don't answer you have to keep calling, reschedule the date to deliver my car and nothing! I don't recommend it to anyone!!
Apart from the bureaucracy and the delay to start the process, even making pix at the time it was requested, it took almost 2 days to check the receipt and continue the progress of the process...

Precisei de reboque duas vezes, nas duas vezes esperei mais de 3 horas.
Tive um acidente de carro e já estou com meu carro arrumando a quase 3 meses, um dia me informaram que estava pronto,quando cheguei na oficina o serviço não tinha terminado,reclamei com o financeiro que ficou de me reembolsar pelo menos o dinheiro do Uber que gastei,mas até o momento nem isso foi feito! Peguei o carro, porém serviço não ficou bom,voltei com ele pra oficina e depois de quase 1 mês me informaram que estava liberado,quando meu padrasto foi pegar o serviço não tinha sido feito e o carro estava da mesma forma!
Não recomendo!
Terrible service!
I needed towing twice, both times I waited over 3 hours.
I had a car accident and I've had my car fixed for almost 3 months, one day they informed me that it was ready, when I arrived at the repair shop the service was not finished, I complained to the financier who was to reimburse me at least the Uber money I spent, but so far not even that has been done! I took the car, but the service was not good, I returned with it to the workshop and after almost 1 month they informed me that it was released, when my stepfather went to get the service it had not been done and the car was in the same way!
I do not recommend!
