Quando retornamos para buscar nosso cãozinho encontramos a equipe toda encantada com ele e ele muito feliz de estar lá. Além do acolhimento, nos sentimos muito seguros com o profissionalismo no procedimento de aceite do cachorro.
We spoke to Marcelo who attended to us and was super understanding. It helped us a lot with an emergency we had and we needed somewhere to trust our dog. When we returned to pick up our dog, we found the team delighted with him and he was very happy to be there. In addition to the reception, we feel very safe with the professionalism in the dog acceptance procedure.
